After I ordered the wrong item…
After I ordered the wrong item originally the customer service team organised for me to return it for a refund and I was able to order the correct item which arrived as per instructions.

Out of the box the machine did not work…
Out of the box the machine did not work properly. I tried both cassettes (I bought a second cassette) and they both printed without advancing the tape thus all the letters were on top of each other. I was about to call for support when I think I pulled the tape a bit, and suddenly it worked on that cassette and then on the other. No further problems were encountered.

From your order history I can see your parcel left our warehouse within 3 days of placing the order. Unfortunately a number of our courier partners are still experiencing extended delays with delivering to WA and for that I'd like to offer my apologies. We do advise on our website of the extended delays, however I completely understand your frustration when you are waiting on the parcel to arrive.

Speedy delivery of top-up labels
Website is so easy to use and you can live chat if you have any difficulties. I like to use the official Dymo labels with my printer and so I always order from these guys. Quick delivery considering it was Easter and I always look forward to the note that tells me who packed my order and the little bag of lollies. Keep up the great work!
