Booked date online. Contacted in the morning and called before saying 20mins away
Sorted the issue and cleared up afterwards and was done in the hour

The man was so helpful when he came. He sorted out the blocked drain problem. Also he put a camera down to check the drainage. A great service

Had a blocked drain, engineer came out within 3 hours of me ringing and got everything unblocked and working again,can’t fault anything from the initial call to the engineer arriving and doing the work…First Class service wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

The team that come and do the job are great but let down by the admin team which is disorganised. They can't send the correct equipment to do the job even though they were here previously and have all the details and reports so they had to come out twice and charge twice. Engineers were great.

Excellent work, on time, did all drainage and clean up after themselves.

Mixup and poor communication by the Blackburn office resulted in us waiting for 5 days for engineer to arrive. However once John was onsite he was very professional and explained the process clearly. We hope he has found the issue and has scheduled a return 2-man visit.

I recently moved into my property and found my toilets were backing up, we had a drainage contractor out who found Rods stuck in our sewage pipes, initially the first Dyno rod contractor was unable to remove the stuck rods so he arranged for a Dig down to be carried out.
John was the first Dyno Rod contractor to attend and although he was unsuccessful he was extremely helpful and a really nice guy to have working around your property.
Adam came out and carried out the dig down, he worked extremely hard all day and by the end of it had removed all of the trapped rods and left the area clean and as though nobody had been near it.
Really happy with my experience with Dyno rod and would definitely recommended.

A very professional but friendly drainage expert attended our site to carry out the work. I was kept updated with his ETA and he obviously knew his job inside out.

Jason carried out the work clearing our blocked drain. He was very pleasant and professional. He took the time to explain the situation, which I appreciated.

I booked Dyno Rod on their website and booked a slot for Wednesday. They rang Wednesday morning to explain the charges and said they would be there in the afternoon. When he came he was very good and in no time had the drain clear. Excellent service all over.
