Great service
Couldn't ask for more. Marcus did a great job of sorting out an issue with an outside drain. He kept us informed of the likely arrival time in a very conscious way.
He quickly worked on the issue and took time to explain what he was doing and what had caused the problem.
Everything left as if he hadn't been there. Overall a convenient time to suit us and a great service.

Great service
Great service. Rang about 11am when we realised we had a blocked drain. By 2pm it was all cleared and paid the extra £10 to see that everything was now clear and the drain was in good condition. Very friendly guy who soon had it sorted. Can’t thank them enough and would thoroughly recommend. Thanks.

I recently used Dyno-Rod North West and had a great experience. The engineer was punctual, professional, and thorough in explaining the issue and resolution. Despite some challenges, they worked efficiently and even provided a helpful video for reference. Communication from the office could improve slightly, but overall, a reliable service. Four stars!

Amazing service from Dyno-Rod north…
Amazing service from Dyno-Rod north west! Even though we called them late in the evening they came out to us the same day. Macauley was a very polite and cheerful engineer, he got straight on with the job and got it all cleared. He was so cheerful and hardworking even though it was coming up to midnight! We would definitely call Dyno-Rod again and highly recommend them.

Blocked toilet waste drain
Call Dyno-rod to assist with a blocked soil waste pipe, came same day and sorted it. Polite, straight talking and absolutely no messing about, above and beyond. Some folks might say expensive but I thought it was very reasonable considering the nature of the job. Would happily call them immediately for any future issues.

Dyno-Rod attended my property twice for…
Dyno-Rod attended my property twice for the same external blocked drain. Supplied through British Gas home care. Declared blockage removed in both occasions which it was not. Costing me £120 for the privilege. When I tried to explain to customer advisor that blockage still not removed I was told they don’t guarantee to clear the blockage! Quite happy taking the money though. Got another company in called Metro Rod. Identified the problem including sewage was seeping into my garden, not identified by Dyno Rod. Metro Rod were incredibly professional and did clear the blockage. Don’t waste your money with Dyno Rod
