Due to some wider problems at my property I've had require Dynorod services a few times, and I have to say each of the guys who have been out have been first class. They explain the problems and provide honest advice. Excellent customer service!!!

care home pipe blockage
Had macauley come out to our care home he did a very professional job of unblocking the mains pipe .also found out the pipe was shattered so have just got a very reasonable quote for the job to be done thanks guys .

Good service
Marcus came & assessed the job. He was very polite & knowledgeable. He advised that a plumber will need to attend first to fix the pipe work & hopefully the blockage will be in the same place. If not Marcus will return to unblock the pipe once it is fixed.

What a day to have issue, xmas day with no toilet, called dyno rod and booked a call out, arrived within the specified time and called before hand to keep us updated, arrived on time and quickly resolved the issue thanks so much for a great job well done

Very good service
The staff, Okeir was very helpful. He tried different methods to unblock the drain and finally succeeded. I really appreciate what he did today.
One thing I should mention is that Dyno did not tell me that they will charge extra for overtime.

Excellent service
Had an issue with a broken pipe that was causing problems with a neighbour, my insurance got them out first and Murphy came out and unblocked it but realised it was broken. After a lot of faffing with the insurance company I decided to go directly through dynarod. Murphy came back out within 3 days and fixed it. Excellent service all round

Communication could have been m better
Communication could have been much better
Appointment was arranged Thursday afternoon and for 8-6 Friday.
Received Confirmation phone call Friday 8am for that morning.After I called at 4pm I was told everything ok. Driver phoned me at 4.30 to say 30mins was coming from Morecambe —-never arrived.
I rang again at 7.30 and they tried to contact him Without success. I had stayed in all day for nothing!
Rang the web site. Given local office number so tried this and answerphone saidthe office was closed till Monday!!!!! Except for emergencies.
I called local office following day at 9.15.again, they did answer said would come Saturday morning. After further call from me at 4.00 the man arrived at 5pm (Saturday afternoon)
I made 7 calls to 2 offices.The man who did the job eventually was very good.
No blame from my side for him.
