Pana from Dyno East London attended a plumbing job at my flat in the EC2M area, and I couldn’t be more impressed.
After a previous engineer was unable to locate the stopcock, Pana arrived and, using his outstanding logic, professionalism, and experience, quickly identified exactly where the shut-off valve was. He wasted no time in resolving the issue to an excellent standard.
Pana is an exceptional engineer — efficient, skilled, and highly professional. I highly recommend him, and I hope he serves as an example for other engineers. Thank you again for your outstanding work!

Overpriced and under-guaranteed
I was quoted for a 2 hour job that took just over an hour. 1 hour and 15 including the Dyno plumber packing up everything and clearing all away. So definitely completed in hour.
I was charged for 2 hours and the fitted part is only guaranteed for 3 months! I asked for a refund and was told that once the plumber stays for an extra hour, the customer pays. Why? So the plumber can now use their free time while Dyno-Rod claims my overcharged money. Rip-off!

In this instance, a two-hour charge was agreed upon in advance, and the visit, including completion of the job and clearing the work area, was within that time frame.

1st engineer recoomended replacing both stopcocks but you repaired one of them you did that was not recoomended and authorised
Both engineers visited the property did not do what they ordered to do
First did not tell the truth and twisted the story and second engineer left the site without notifying us even though we specifically asked him to call us
Also he’s just repaired instead of replacing two stopcocks originally quoted £300 to replace two stopcocks and your staff increased it to £340

Superb service- It took a couple of days and phone calls. However, Kledis was superb. He diagnosed the problem and used his efficient, polite and professional skills to provide an exceptional service.

Super Plumber
We had the absolute pleasure of Klaidi solving our bathroom toilet to frontroom ceiling leak issue. He arrived to pots on the floor water dripping from the ceiling and a frantic woman (me) rambling on about having showers, flushing the toilet and then a bubble appearing in the ceiling. He was 100% professional, the house is tiny and the family were walking back and forth getting in the way yet this was never an issue. Partner and myself then bombarded him with a range of questions that he answered without breaking a sweat. Most importantly Klaidi explained the different options as the work progressed. His communication was excellent, he was particularly clear about how access could be gained to investigate the leak and the parts of the ceiling / tiles that needed to be removed. He found the leak, stopped it and brought alot of joy to our day. Thank you for giving us our toilet back.
