Great advice, very skilled and friendly.
The whole team were quite frankly amazing. They were prompt, knowledgeable, sympathetic and gave us some excellent advice. The discovery process was swift and our issue was explained to us very clearly, which led to a very satisfactory outcome, with no hidden surprises. The icing on the cake was that the whole team were such a pleasure to chat to, they put us at ease in what could otherwise have been a stressful day. Highly, highly recommended.

Problem with drains solved…
It was easy to arrange a visit for the previously identified problem with the drains. The engineers were prompt, friendly and were happy to explain the proceedure to solve the problem and answer any questions we had.
They were very efficient and the job was completed without any problems.
We would be happy to use Dynod again.

I texted the website at 7.00am with a non urgent requirement. Someone from the office called at 8.30, the technician called at 8.50 and arrived at just after 9.00. All unblocked and jetted by 10.00. Great service and communication.

Great service from Chris. We had a totally blocked and overflowing manhole(disgusting)! He unblocked it and cleaned everything and the patio. Friendly and professiinal.

Only the forth visit by Carl rectified this problem…
Only the forth visit by Carl Whittington, got our cistern/toilet into good working order using British gas Home Cover ( three others could not quite do it). Carl obviously has mre experience and a determination to ensure the job was completed to his professional standards. British gas need more like him.

Tough blockage cleared
Justin came to look at a blocked drain and despite the access being buried was able to jump the jet line up into the waste from another manhole and clear the blockage where others had failed.

Justin from Dyno-rod 100% recommend
Justin from Dyno-rod is by far the best plumber that came out to unblock my pipe. I had 3 previous plumbers that couldn’t solve the issue. Justin sorted in 15 mins! Highly recommend.

Justin fixed our toilet and drain blockage.
A 5 star review for Justin who came to our rescue when our drain was blocked, thereby causing our toilets to be blocked. Very professional and efficient methods to remedy, washed everything down to finish, and it was service with a very friendly and helpful approach. Very pleased and impressed. Worth the price for sure.

Your engineer arrived especially punctually and began work straight away. He explained exactly what he was planning on doing to check my drains. In the event all was clear and he tidied up, showed me all the footage, I settled up and all was finished.

Great once onsite
Once the guys were onsite my blocked sink was quickly and efficiently cleared. I felt I had chosen well as they instantly knew what to do and sorted it quickly. The hardest part was actually booking them. I called first but was cut off. I then completed the online form and was instantly given an appointment but they didn’t turn up. The central contact number just said they’d come the following day when I called to check. I called first thing the following day and they came within minutes of the new agreed time. Relief! I like that it’s a fixed price and that the guys were friendly and easy to deal with. I wish the booking process was smoother.
