Great once onsite
Once the guys were onsite my blocked sink was quickly and efficiently cleared. I felt I had chosen well as they instantly knew what to do and sorted it quickly. The hardest part was actually booking them. I called first but was cut off. I then completed the online form and was instantly given an appointment but they didn’t turn up. The central contact number just said they’d come the following day when I called to check. I called first thing the following day and they came within minutes of the new agreed time. Relief! I like that it’s a fixed price and that the guys were friendly and easy to deal with. I wish the booking process was smoother.

Drains like new
Needed debris and roots clearing from drain system and pipe damage fixed. Jake carried out the work thoroughly, quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Highly professional job.

Excellent communication and service
We had a pre-purchase drainage survey conducted. Grant took the time to understand what we needed and clearly explained what the survey would provide. On the day, Jake called before and after the appointment with a summary of the findings, giving me a chance to ask questions I needed. Excellent service and would recommend to others.

Colin and Conor advised when they would be arriving. Explained in detail what they were going to do. When finished it was to a very high standard and our driveway looked like it had not been dug up.

Excellent service from Dyno-Rod!
We had a blocked toilet, sink and bath (all connected to the same pipe) and called Dyno-Rod on a Saturday afternoon, the day before Mother’s Day. Within 20 minutes the engineer, Daniel, called back and was able to attend within 30 minutes.
He quickly identified the problem and had everything fixed within very short time. Daniel was professional, efficient and also gave us helpful advice to prevent the issue in the future.
The Dyno-Rod team explained everything clearly when I called and gave the full price upfront, which was reasonable for a weekend emergency.
Fantastic service from start to finish. Highly recommend Dyno-Rod and especially Daniel!

They've a reputation for being expensive, but when so many business don't even reply to your emails or messages, I'd rather pay a bit more for someone who turns up!

Jake from Dyno-Rod - 10/10!
Jake from Dyno-Rod did a fantastic job fixing our backed-up kitchen sink. He quickly identified that the issue was in the external pipes, cut through them to remove the blockage, and then replaced the pipework in a way that makes future access much easier.
He was friendly, professional, and very efficient throughout the whole process. Everything was sorted quickly and left in great working order. Really appreciate the clear explanation of the problem and the practical solution he put in place. Highly recommended!

Friendly and effective service
The Dyno Rod engineer was thorough and fixed the fat blockage quickly and completely. Brilliant.
He was friendly and informative, explaining exactly how the fat had built up and giving useful tips on how to dispose of oils and fat without using the sink.
Recommend Dyno Rod. Not cheap, but get the job done.
