The fault with me trying to redeem points ended up being at my end. Prior to knowing this e-rewards were working on a solution for me.

Far too many surveys that you complete in full and waste much time only to find out at the end you do not qualify and get either 0 or 25 points? I have raised this before. Seems to be certain surveys companies this applies to and I wonder if they set it up this way as it happens far to often?

I use e-Rewards to accumulate points which can then be converted into Velocity points. This helps me to increase Velocity points much quicker to use for flights.

I am not into all the other new "games" stuff they have & find it annoying to be constantly bombarded with it.

I completed a survey however, at the end the screen went black and there was no acknowledgement that the completed survey had been uploaded. I contacted customer support who responded promptly to say that the completed survey was identified and uploaded.

This is a genuine site that offers the chance to get rewarded. I use mine for Virgin flights with upgrades.

The almost immediate response to my query, is what is greatly appreciated. I have been contributing to the wider community by completing surveys for a long time. When I do have an issue, the help I receive from the eRewards team is the factor I have to continue.Thank you team.

I had an issue with converting points to rewards. I received response within 24 hrs and was able to solve my problem easily. Very courteous and helpful agent.

Great to gather rewards for doing a survey when you’ve got some time to sit and relax. Rarely any problems.

Every time I access I'm told my password is invalid and that I need to reset it. What a pain

I have been trying to sign in without luck.
So I tried “forgotten my password”
Received the code changed my password successfully and then tried to sign in.
Not accepted.
How can I find a email or phone number as they have nearly 50000 points of mine

These surveys and rewards work as promised. I love earning extra velocity points

I had a problem with completing a lengthy survey when at the submit point it said I was not qualified for the survey. I got a very fast response from the help team who manually assigned the 300 points to my growing total. Thanks to the help team for their very quick response. Much appreciated.

I wanted to make a change to my email. My request was dealt with very efficiently and I was kept informed all the way through the process. I enjoy doing the surveys on this site (mostly).

My issue was handled quickly with an appropriate explanation response, AND I was credited for time already spent rather than the usual response from other survey outfits: "we are sorry you encountered an issue when doing the survey. We are continually trying to improve the customer experience. NO payment though!

I have had countless issues with surveys not giving me points or telling me "sorry...." at the end of the survey
after wasting all that time.
Having said that the response from the company has become quite prompt. It was hopeless when I first joined.
A lot of the time the company gives me some credit if not the full number of points so they have become much better in that field also.
I am still encountering way too many issues however.
Now, having said all that, I am having trouble sending this review. More time wasted after writing a review.
Things are not looking good for this bloody company again.
This is why I just don't give reviews or "How did we go?" Time wasted........

i can't trust this company anymore. they suspend my account quoting apparent breaches of their policies when they just don't want to pay out.

After enjoying the experience of e-rewards surveys for a number of years, with minimal issues, I recently did encounter a problem. Customer service was quick & helpful with clear instructions. It was all sorted in a day or so.

I received a message from Support team within 24 hours and was awarded points for my efforts. I have belonged to e-rewards for many years and have not been disappointed with their service.
