Great way to earn rewards - even Accor points! Quick and helpful in solving problems.

I have been using the surveys for a long time and rarely encounter issues but everytime I had one, it was acted upon by the team promptly. I am very satisfied with their quick response and was very happy doing the surveys with them earning the points as rewards.

I'm extremely pleased with the follow up to my queries. My issues were dealt with professionally and with speed. Well done 👍

I have been taking e-rewards surveys for a number of years now and rarely have any issues. When they do arise I can easily contact them via their website concern link. I receive a response within 24 hours and generally I am awareded the missing points I wish to claim due to fautly surveys. I'm glad they listen to my concerns and resond so quickly. It is a good idea to always remember the content of the survey that may have caused you a problem so you can then describe it when writing your query. This moves thinngs on promptly.

Had an issue with survey that closed after I had finished it, it was annoying especially as the survey took 3 times as long as advertised. I reached out and got a prompt response and the reward for the offered 5 min survey 75 points. The prompt response was professional and curteous. The disappointment however that the est time to complete issue wasn;t addressed.

I have been a regular user of e-Rewards for over 8 years & overall has been a posative experience. Naturally every so often theres a glitch in the system & on contacting customer service issue resolved efficiently.

Beware! The fact they want a copy of your driver's licence (both sides) is a huge red flag. No other survey company requests such information. This is stealing data!

Great way to earn velocity points, the surveys arent hard but sometimes they don't give enough options for answers and what is there isn't what you would pick. But overall a great site and customer service was quick and easy to deal with

Great site to earn velocity points. I complete the surveys on a daily basis and watch my points grow quickly. There’s been a few hiccups with technical errors on the surveys although customer service are quick and efficient at solving them and crediting the points back to you. Definitely would recommend!

Im very pleased with the response and outcome to address my latest complaint being dumped off a survey. I appreciate there may be technical complications from thime to time! Its frustrating to undertake a survey for three or four minutes and you are dropped due to sex, age and/or suburb of residence.

Low rewards for time taken and many times surveys fault and incorrectly don't allocate points, sometimes booting you out of a survey well after the qualification stage saying you haven't qualified. Very frustrating to spend 12 minutes on a survey that is supposed to take say 15 minutes then be told you haven't qualified. Do better eRewards please.

Sometimes these issues are resolved when raised to eRewards but often not.

Also many surveys will say that they are supposed to take 15 minutes but when you click into them they say 20 minutes but offer the same reward as the originally stated 15 minute survey.

The e-Rewards team always handle points not awarded quickly and fairly. Too often I complete surveys and points don't get awarded.

Too often surveys fail to award points at completion but every time I contact the help team they fix it and award the missing points.
I like getting the few compensation points for survey's I don't qualify for as that makes trying worthwhile.

Nearing the finish of a 200 point survey I encountered a problem which prevented me from finishing.
I contacted e rewards thinking I would hear from them in a few days but I received an email almost immediately , apologising for the malfunction and awarding me the 200 points.
Well done on your quick response, this is why I trust e rewards.

can't trust this company anymore. they suspend your account often for apparent breaches of their policies when they just don't want to pay out. they partnered with some offshore identification company who seems dodgy to verify my id, then denied i was who i was, then for some reason reactivated my account. recently i was suspended for no apparent reason, and haven't heard from their support, i suspect it was because i had taken a few months break, but my account is still not reactivated.

The e-Rewards Support Team sorted out my problems in a professional and swift manner so that I could get back into my account. My status. level and rewards points were all restored and so I can now get on with doing surveys. Thank you support!

Have had some small problems with the occasional survey but when contacted support they replied quickly and the problems are always explained and solved with the appropriate reward confirmed

I have been doing eRewards surveys for many years and find them very interesting. The points boost my points with Virgin towards rewards. If I need help the staff are prompt to assist and solve. Most recently Lawrence assisted promptly and solved the issue.
