At easirent, west palm beach, everyone is professional and courteous. Dwight, the agent at the desk, is the man; he's very helpful. The price, there for the vehicles, are very low.

Well the price I got wasn't the price…

Well the price I got wasn't the price as it showed on like first off, car breaks are squalling , the front end pops on it , change engine light is on , sounds like shit when u go over a bump a piece of shit for over 200$ and the vehicle windows was so nasty u couldn't even see out of them crazy place to rent a car form I want rent from them again

My family and were not completely informed about unknown charges attached to the room. The breakfast was a steady scramble eggs, breakfast sausages and coffee juices were limited and there were no boiled eggs or waffles. There were no ambience for the front of the building and not inside my family and I were not impressed and house keeping couldn't speak English what would Trump do hmm.

Incorrect charge

They charged me 500 for damages despite me getting insurance for liability and collision. A drunk driver hit me, I filed a police report and everything. Also the place I got the car from was dirty and the staff was not nice.

Houston hobby

First off the first day I rented this car the associate Dynasty kept at the hobby location kept my ID I had to drive an hour back to get it I was told I didn’t have to replace the gas for my inconvenience but when I returned it they left no note in the system so I had to replace the gas myself. I left a few items in the car I called immediately after dropping off the vehicle no one has answered my emails nor calls I’m going to reach out to the registered agent of this company before I begin the litigation process. I’m up writing the attorney general about this company. They have a very strong lack of communication and concern for issues other than making payments

Rip off.!!

Rip off.!!! Terrible experience ever in my life!! Learn how to answer your phone call! Played me with my rental car and told me it was too late to give me a refund after finding out the car I initially rented was not available… didn’t give me the differences. Soooo fullll of crao business. BE ALERT!! BE AWARE.!!! Especially with the liability…. Don’t waste your time and money with this car rental.

Absolutely the worst experience I have…

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. When I walked in to the waiting area there were over 20 people waiting to be served. There was only 1 associate working who was very rude, when I addressed my concerns about long wait time, the associate responded “would you like to cancel your reservation!?”
On what I responded, that I needed the car that I reserved since the location of this particular car rental was far away from all the other.
After waiting for an hour, we were finally assisted and after we walked out to get the car, the associate disappeared, then we found him washing and vacuuming the car since it wasn’t ready for the next customer. The gas tank was almost empty and the car was still dirty in the inside and outside.

Easirent name is a joke. Took me 2 hours to get my vehicle. New Office at Aberdeen airport has no WiFi internet connection nor computer i could utilise but expect overseas travellers to conduct check in on-line. Complete shambles
Zero signage as to where office is located even the hotel who's carpark they utilise had never heard of them.'I feel sorry for local Easirent staff who were great told me i was the 5th customer that day who had same issues.

At first seemed competitive prices. We were moving furniture prior to selling our house 2 days later on arrival £26 extra per day excess insurance required so £52 more, had to pay and sign before seeing the van, what an absolute shed on wheels, unfortunately due to moving could not say stick your van - every panel dented and scraped with door caved in and mirror casing smashed, interior was filthy dirty and sticky everywhere. on return i left it in the compound and was then charged £112 extra mileage charges when i had notified them of my journey and distance, simply said they were on t&c,s which were not given until booked and paid. nearly forgot the spare tyre had a large bubble on the side wall and if i had been stopped or had a puncture i could have received points Stay well clear absolutely disgusting only given 1 star as no minus available

A huge let down!!

A huge let down!
Booked a hire car online, to collect from Aberdeen airport. It states in the online booking that easirent offer a free shuttle service to the rental place near the airport....all you have to do is call a number and they come and collect you, as their business hours are between 06:30 - 0:30!
I rang the number provided 4 times before anyone actually answered, and the guy who spoke to me said they at closed at 18:00!! So I was left at the airport at 20:00, (which was when I had booked the car from, and received confirmation etc) with no transport!
If anyone from easirent reads this, can I suggest you change your website business hours to the correct ones and maybe don’t offer collection times when you are closed!!!

Unprofessional

Unfortunately, I needed a same day, one-way car rental and these guys were the only people with a car left in my city.
Firstly, the "office" is a tiny cupboard within a hotel. The cupboard holds a chest of drawers with a laptop, and a couple of shelves. The assistant had to stand in the open door way to use the laptop. It all felt a little dodgy and unprofessional.
There is no card machine so he emailed me 2 links for payment. The hotel has poor signal so it was hard for me to make the payment and I was reluctant to use the hotel's public wifi.
The car itself stunk of garlic and the tank was only half full. It was a "budget" car and not the compact I had paid for. EVERY SINGLE PANEL of the car was marked as scratched or damaged. The oil light was also on and I was heading for a 350 mile drive so it didn't exactly fill me with confidence.
I would never chose to rent with Easirent again.

Locker pick up awful

Kept waiting for 20 mins to say an easirent colleague would be with me shortly only then having to do the pick up via phone and email. Car was not as paid for, told no car more than 1 year old to be given a 2019 car
