Terrible experience I had at your Las Vegas Airport location on March 20, 2025. After waiting in a long, frustrating line at 11:00 PM, I was met with unprofessional and aggressive behavior from your employee, Rachel.

When I finally reached the counter, Rachel insisted that I provide proof of auto insurance. I explained that my credit card, which I used to book the rental, provides full coverage, and I even showed her the policy number. Instead of accepting this, she kept pressuring me to purchase your in-house insurance, despite my clear refusal. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.

After wasting my time arguing over an unnecessary upsell, she ultimately refused to give me the rental and claimed my money would be refunded. This was not only a blatant scam attempt but also an outright refusal of service without cause.

Let’s start by saying please take this review seriously, because I am not a person to ever leave a review. Easirent is hell, from the moment we arrived it was a horrible experience, we waited about 2 hours to even receive the car. Upon getting to the check in desk the lady that helped me was the only thing nice about the place, she offered me a SUV first that was on an empty gas tank, which absolutely not! She changed it to a blue traverse which we only chose cause it had gas at the time and boy oh boy was that a mistake. The car was completely filthy, smelled horribly, stains on the seats, scratches and dents all over the car, but after waiting so long for a car after a flight with four kids I just took what I could get. By the time we hit the highway my husband spotted two ROACHES! Oh my gosh the instant disgust that took over my body!!! I called easi rent and was on hold for over 30 minutes, as it was my time to speak to someone and tell them my complaints my call was magically disconnected… I am very unhappy with my experience with Easirent in Orlando and I will never in my life return to such a place, the cars are dirty, they stink and have roaches. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Worst ever

Worst ever, you pay everything online (car and the AXA insurance) with Holiday Autos, get there and they tell you you need to buy their insurance that is 3 or 4 times more expensive than what you’ve purchased. You call Holiday Autos to cancel, they tell that’s not an option. You’re basically stuck. Worst ever situation. Really fuming

Appalling company! Avoid!

Appalling company! Transpires you can't leave a deposit with a debit card, only a credit card, even if you have sufficient funds. Thus forced to take out additional insurance costing £50 a day, despite having already paid for full excess. Shambles!

Cracked windscreen, no breakdown support as advertised.

Car interior was dirty, windscreen had a impact mark and a 30cm crack line, front suspension of car kept making cackling noises. A few hours into the drive, warning lights came on to top up engine oil. Called 24/7 emergency/breakdown contact but no one picked up, it was automatically diverted to voice mail. Left a message but no one responded. Do not rent from them.

A terrible experience hiring a car…

A terrible experience hiring a car here. It took 14 months for them to return my £200 deposit. For the first six months they blamed covid and then on the few occasions they did bother to respond they rolled out the same line about it already being paid. I had to start small claim proceedings against them and eventually they then decided to return the deposit. Just an awful experience and a complete waste of time to fight for what was mine.

What an awful experience

What an awful experience hiring a car from Easirent was!
We land in Aberdeen from London with our confirmation code ready (we had booked our car 2 months prior) only to learn that our booking was cancelled by mistake. After going through the process of rebooking online, as all communication was over the phone, I was then told to pay a deposit of £1500. After doing this I was THEN told to provide a payslip to prove I could afford the deposit, again, car was confirmed in May. The woman on the phone was very happy to hang up on me when I'm explaining I'm a long way from home now. The nightmare then continues as following this they learn that a year ago I received a parking ticket for over staying in a free car park, a year ago! I'm THEN told I can only receive a car if I pay an additional £40 per day, or risk loosing all the money I've paid so far.
Should you continue to rent from 'Easi' Rent after reading my review and others, you only have yourself to blame..

Charged a £60 ‘admin fee’ to send an…

Charged a £60 ‘admin fee’ to forward a simple email about a parking fine. (We parked for 5 minutes extra in a location. Note this was just to inform us about the fine, not to pay the fine, of course) Would not use again.

Every negative review on here is…

Every negative review on here is accurate. Do NOT go with these guys, it will ruin your trip. I was on time for my booking and yet it took me over two hours to get my car. Our day trip outing was basically ruined as waiting for this car used up half of our time we had to explore. The online check in process was painful and took 40 minutes in its own right. Then I was told over the phone (when I eventually reached someone after numerous calls) that it was a 1500 GBP charge for deposit. Neither of my credit cards would accept this charge so I was left having to pay an extra 27 GBP for insurance I didn't want as my credit card covers this or cancel my booking at full cost of the booking. I think they charge this amount knowing some credit cards will view it as suspicious and you will be forced to take their expensive insurance instead. Then despite it supposedly being a contactless location, I had to wait for an agent to arrive for me to sign papers but I was informed he was late due to traffic. 30 min later he showed up and then had to clean and sterilize the car. The car itself was fine but was down to an eighth of a tank and it hit red before we were out of London. Just get a car from a proper company and save yourself the headache and extra cost which you will pay.

Avoid at all costs!

Avoid at all costs! Rude and unprofessional staff, terrible service. Scammed me out of £1,575 deposit for the damages that were added to the log 5 days after returning the car and stopped responding to the requests for detailed explanation.

Not where it claims false advertising

Although their office is on Judd Street, the car park is next to Russel Square station. I am shocked that they make you pay the congestion charge! As if it is matter of fact. I booked a car rental from Kings Cross St Pancras (which is out of the Congestion zone) but had to pay it both on the pick up day and the departure day. Complete joke. Not Kings cross. Not St Pancras. Russell Square. Pick up location is a ten minute walk from the office.

Staff were obviously trying to be friendly but the questioning seemed like an interrogation.

You get what you pay for I guess

You get what you pay for I guess. Once tried to return a car to the Heathrow branch and it was closed during opening hours - had to drive the car all the way home then back to the branch again the following day. No apology.

A complete rip-off with hidden costs…

A complete rip-off with hidden costs all over the place which were charged to our debit cards without any notification. We were really upset by this and spoke to the 'manager' (not sure who he was really). He basically said we were stupid for not reading the small print. We explained that we had asked the man in the office questions and had received answers to them which we had gone with. It then got in to an our word against his word argument. We were treated very badly by this company, their customer service is non-existent.
I read a review by NT which is below this one which matches our experience very well. The man in the shop is part of the scam. I hope this company fails as soon as possible. Avoid.

Incredibly long queue

Incredibly long queue, only one person serving, took over an hour to get the sign up done and then it is a ten minute walk to the car. It was cheap but definitely not easy.
