I have not yet been to the office to pick the vehicle but so far so good and very straightforward website and booking process. I will give it 5 star after meeting the staff on.
Offer cheap rental then hit you with the excess charges. To have zero excess wanted £190 for a car, for a five day rental. Read everything

Michael was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. When I had to return the car because the navigation system wasn't working, Amber was there to help and exchange cars with no problem. I'm very satisfied. I rented at the Tampa airport location, but i couldn't find this in the list of locations below

We state during the booking process and in the confirmation voucher that a deposit equal to your excess is taken on each rental. We offer this amongst a range of insurance options including the ability to hire using just a debit card and no deposit required.

Very bad experience
After then i sent dvla paperwork,driver license (professional) 30 years experience,Bill's wather & phone he told me that I need a credit card with 1500£ deposit.O told him that I can leave with my debit card and he said that no,only credit card.
80% of credit cards have 1300 limits or some people's don't have a credit card.
