We have been using East Anglia Cleaning for quite a few months now and then regularly look after our commercial premises in Ipswich keeping our offices toilet areas and kitchen area spotless every week nothing is to much to ask and they are very polite, professional and accommodating, very easy to work with and can’t recommend them enough!! 5 Star service*.

Hired this company by informing them that my partner and I are both disabled and were struggling more with the cleaning. Explained that really we just needed help with 2 rooms on a 2 weekly basis. This was all agreed. First person turned up, completed a good job but then we heard no more and were told she was injured and then had left. 6 weeks later (not 2 weeks as agreed) I emailed to find out if we would be getting a replacement, this was finally organised. The person sent on this occasion ignored instruction to leave the washing up and focus on other areas, sent photos to their boss and asked for a more expensive “deep clean fee” which was agreed and paid. What was provided was poor washing up which then had to be done again.
When the next clean was due, again another message about how this new person was ill also. No further contact since then
Awful company, which is a shame as after the first visit I told everyone I know about them to try and be a good customer.

EDIT: I have the invoices to prove that as soon as I was notified something was a deep clean I agreed to pay and did pay the increased rate. The reply below is inaccurate, and was submitted after first the company tried to claim I wasn’t a customer - so I submitted proof to trust pilot who agreed I very much had been. Then they tried to offer me a free clean to take down this review - which I did not reply to; and now this.

Really quick response time from initial enquiry, and thoroughly understood requirements. Great finish to the cleaned property.

The customer service and general demeanor of the team put us at ease and allowed us to build a trusting relationship very quickly. They took the time to understand our needs and how they could be met. The standard of cleaning was very through, and they were willing to take on our feedback and adjust to our level and standard.

This Company have just removed all the moss from my roof tiles and sealed them. They have cleaned all UPVC soffits gutters & windows. Also they cleaned a very dirty conservatory roof. All done to a high standard. Left everywhere clean & tidy afterwards.
All my dealings with this company were personal, courteous & prompt. Work completed at what I consider a fair price, agreed & stuck to.
I have no hesitation in recommending this 5 star service.
