I’ve ordered multiple times from Eazy2name, their name labels are great but I love their compartment lunch boxes they make lunches fun
Recently had my first small issue with one, pondered whether i should bother emailing but in the end I did….
The customer service was brilliant replied really quickly and after a few helpful tips which didn’t help a replacement was sent out and I received it within a couple of days
An all round great company
Their products are lovely and with a team that actually help you can’t go wrong

Just done. Lovely and refreshing.

I placed an order by mistake and immediatey realised so sent an email asking to cancel. I also rang first thing in the morning but was met by no understanding or compassion and basically told they wouldnt cancel it. Poor

I messed up my order- somehow had left part of my address out. The team were very responsive and helpful. Got my nametags resent once Royal Mail returned it. They kept me updated throughout the process.

Currently still waiting for stickers I ordered on the 2nd of September, went for them above my usual labels as it promised fast delivery. I checked in with customer services who shared that a follow up email had been sent to me
to confirm my address however absolutely no sign of this email anywhere (searched through spam inbox, deleted messages and no communications from them at all). Their reply was on the 12th of September sharing that the stickers will be sent out but still no sign of a dispatch note. If you’re reading this review please check out Petit Fernand instead, they don’t over promise on delivery times or ignore orders! Wish i’d used them in the first place instead.

Great service from Julie and the team. My son's new school name tags went missing in the post but Julie ordered more tags to be delivered really quickly, in time for school.

I've used Easy2Name products for quite some time now. The small name labels have stood the test of time, being put through the washing machine and tumble dryer and still hanging on after a good three years.

But I wanted to mention the excellent customer service I received regarding a query over a water bottle. Unfortunately, the hinge on my youngest daughter's water bottle wore away, meaning it no longer shut properly (our eldest has the same bottle, we've never had an issue with that one).

I reached out to Easy2Name and quickly received a helpful reply from Julie. She resolved the issue straight away and kindly arranged for a replacement lid to be sent free of charge.

I have just received my order for my child. This is my child's first school so I haven't used labels before.
Love how you can personalised the colours and animals etc. The shoe stickers are fab to help children with getting them ion the right feet.
I can't comment on longevity as I've only just used them! But they are easy to use and seem well fixed on.
My original order never arrived (royal mail not the company) I contacted the company who replied fast and on a bank holiday which I did not expect. A new order was dispatched fast and with fast delivery at no cost to try and get them to me in time for my child starting school. Really appreciated.

Misleading product.
Only works on thin garment label, which is pointless as they can be easily cut out when the school jumper/cardigan/coat goes missing.

The Website pictures show the buttons can go through a towel or edge of a light garment. The buttons cannot go through the label sowen in a school cardigan.

I bought iron in labels and also the stick on waterproof labels for my daughter’s clothing and items she was taking on an overseas expedition. The iron in labels came off after 2 hand washes in cool water and the waterproof labels, although staying stuck, had been badly printed at the very top of the label so the lettering was too high up and partly missing on the top edge. Poor quality for the price

What a wonderful website, I ordered a personalised drinks bottle for a child starting school, after id paid for it and the email came through to confirm my order i noticed it had the wrong animal on it( my mistake) I emailed customer service straight away and got it all sorted within a few minutes. I haven't received the bottles as yet so can't comment on the quality. But I was very impressed with how quick they responded and dealt with my query.

Ordered labels which were allegedly sent out the day after I ordered them but they have not arrived 7 working days (and two weekends) later. Have contacted company twice and they are blaming Royal Mail who delivered labels from a different company one day after the order (I had to try a different company as they were super urgent!!)

I was very disappointed in the product water ban, the letter are not black as per the picture when order and therefore not visible for small children. I order this for my son who start reception in September and unfortunately won't be able to use it!
The website is very misleading and the image when creating the ban should show how it will come out on the order. Waste of money!

I placed an order on the website with the understanding that if I ordered before noon, my delivery would be arranged for the same day. Unfortunately, my order did not arrive as expected. When I reached out via email for clarification, I was assured that my order would still arrive on the same day. Subsequently, I received a text message from the company indicating that no one was present at the delivery address, which was inaccurate. After attempting to track my order, I found that I had been blocked from further access. I advise against placing orders with this company, as their communication has been inconsistent, and my recent attempts to contact them have gone unanswered.

Ordered iron on labels. They are tiny & the writing is so small it can't be made out. Very disappointed.

The customer service was below what I expected. I ordered some labels and they arrived but not in the colour or full name I wanted. Buyers beware the basket software does not automatically update your choices so i checked out without the system updating my choice. I went back to advise and they declined to help. Surely it’s just a case of reprinting. Offered me free posting on placing another order. I have told my craft group of my experience and lack of empathy from the company so no more orders if this is the way they treat you.

I’ve placed 3 orders (labels and clip tags) in the space of 2 weeks and not one of them has been dispatched same day.
There was around 2 working days before dispatch for the first 2 orders.
my 3rd order was placed at 13.11 on Friday and it’s now Monday 6pm and still not dispatched.

Bought the snappy tags but no instructions in the package. Emailed customer service in the evening and received the instructions next morning by return email. Great response time, great product.

I bought a number of items on here to label dad's clothes from stickers to clip-ons and they worked really well.
