Poor service

The customer service was below what I expected. I ordered some labels and they arrived but not in the colour or full name I wanted. Buyers beware the basket software does not automatically update your choices so i checked out without the system updating my choice. I went back to advise and they declined to help. Surely it’s just a case of reprinting. Offered me free posting on placing another order. I have told my craft group of my experience and lack of empathy from the company so no more orders if this is the way they treat you.
