Easy As HGV Avis 

Easy as HGV gave me all the correct learning resources to complete my theory tests with confidence. They stayed in contact throughout my training ensuring that I was ready to go in for my test with the correct approach. And provided fantastic driving training I couldn't be happier with them! A special shout out to Dylan who had excellent customer service throughout provided the best knowledgeable information a massive thanks to him.

I was supposed to have a meeting link for the course. Emailed and left phone message in the morning, no one rang me back. Missed the first half hour, so couldn't join. Lady wanted me to.pay another 75.00. This type of service annoys me. I expected a link to be emailed the day before perhaps but no email got to me. This is not accepted by them. It's not in spam either.

Can’t give Easy As HGV enough credit!!.
I was apprehensive to say the least of whom to reach out too when wanting to acquire my Class 1 HGV License.
I did my research and took a chance on calling these guys….. I was greeted by ERIC whom was just a fantastic guy that talked me through everything I needed to know!. I’ll be honest, it sounded to good to be true but sometimes in life you’ve got to trust your instincts a go with it!. I paid my money and signed up with EAHGV and they guided me every step of the way…… booking my theory….. PASSED!, then booking with the training centre….. PASSED!!
I’m now a Class 1 HGV driver!!.
Infact a BIG Thankyou to ALL the team at EAHGV as not only ERIC but everyone I spoke to were just Top People!!.

Dylan was very helpful from start to finish. Any questions or worries I had he would help and explain everything in detail. Checked in via text and always responded very quickly.

I have found over the last few months applying for my HGV license, that my experience with Easy as HGV has been really helpful. Someone has always being there for me if I had a question I needed answering whether this is on the phone or via email. Easy as HGV have always being quick and knowledgeable about responding to me. They are also really good and check in to see how you are getting on with your tests and training and give any help or tips along the way. I highly recommend using Easy as HGV.

The service from yourselves has been great, I haven't had many questions but any I did have were quickly answered, and everyone I've had contact with has been friendly.

The course by the instructors during the week online using zoom was great the joining instructions were very easy to follow the instructors were very good and very professional explaining all the 35 hrs of training very informative

Terrible experience, really unprofessional. Everything was going well until it was time to actually start learning to drive. Was told to meet instructor at a vague location on a weekend. I showed up nice and early, no sign of instructor. Waited until beyond the time i was due to start, nothing, not even a phone call to suggest he was late or in a different location. Tried ringing iahgv but their office was closed, no out of hours service! Eventually got through to them following Monday and was advised i was at fault and they would have to charge me another thousand pound to arrange the instructor again! Completely unprofessional and as I tried to argue my case, they simply ended communication without providing me with any evidence the instructor had shown up! Refused to refund us anything and treated the situation like a joke. Had to claim our money back through the bank in the end, so at least that was a win!
Went with another company in the end who had heard of eahgv and how awful they are.
Do yourselves a favour and avoid this company. Do the leg work yourself and you will save yourselves a tone of money and stress if anything goes wrong, because I guarantee, this company will take no responsibility for anything!

Was a great experience with them, especially Dylan help me alot, and guided me through the whole process. They all are amazing and polite. I would 100% recommend them. Great Company to get your HGV license.

Avoid this company at all costs. They are without a doubt the most disgraceful company I've ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with.

In February of this year I paid nearly £3,000 to sit my C+E licence which I passed.

In June I decided to pay £1,000 to the company to sit my ADR. So that's £4,000 in total.

However unfortunately the week prior to me starting the course I slipped and suffered a lower back injury which resulted in one my my discs bulging and pressing on my sciatic nerve. I was on crutches to walk, 40mg of diazepam, 120mg of codiene and 1000 mg of naproxen to ease the pain and was signed off with a medical note from the doctor for a month. Being unable to do normal tasks and sit for prolonged periods of time until my back got better. I was told from the doctor I was unable to drive due to the medication.

This ADR course required me to sit for approx 8 hours at a computer followed by a 70 minute drive to the nearest test centre.

After phoning and explaining all this to easyashgv and asking if I can rebook for later in the year as these courses run sporadically throughout the year I was told no. I would just have to lose the money.

Even after emphasizing the gravity of my injury, the fact I wasn't wanting a refund just merely to delay the course for a couple of months until I was fit and no longer under heavy sedation I was still told no.

They did however offer me a discounted rate on paying the course again. Which was £800 instead of £1,000. Wow. Utterly appalling.

I feel my request and current medical situation was more than justifiable enough to delay this course until I was better.

The after care, the support, the customer service is absolutely atrocious. Probably the worse I've ever experienced from a company at nearly 40.

I would like to reiterate I was not looking to cancel the course, nor was I looking for a refund all I was looking for was to delay the course and start it again in a couple of months when I was off all my heavy medication, fit enough to drive and my back was better.

An absolute disgrace of a company. If I could give this company less than 1 star then I would.

Everyone save yourself the time, hassle and money and avoid easyashgv. God forbid real life should happen to you and you can't do something simple like rebook a course and just be expected to lose thousands of pounds. This company should be ashamed of themselves. Even something like a £50 admin fee to change that dates would of been acceptable but no. £1000 gone.

Really convenient and hassle free experience. I spoke with Dylan who was really helpful and had a good knowledge of the service to answer and questions I had.

Right from my first enquiry they have been very helpful with any questions I have had & have guided me through out the course, highly recommend if your looking to do your HGV licence.

Good communication

My test has been cancelled twice due to the truck broken down , it has now been 18 days since my training. I still have not heard anything about a 3rd test being booked, I have payed a lot of money for a fast track course and this isn’t what I have received, zero communication , I am now expected to take a test with over 18days not driving I feel like I’m getting set up to fail !

Very helpfull if I had a question or wasn't sure of something I asked and was given the information required.
Also always friendly and welcoming which made my experience less nervous.
