I have found Ebid to be an easy way to sell and buy. Buyers will effortlessly find items they are looking for. Support from customer service is second to none . I recommend to both buyers and seller.

Bad service. Products not as described, never ever buy from this company again. I find another ebid store and it's really like ebay company better then this old ebid.

eBid is a great site and far far better than what ebay has now become. Just needs more people to discover it !

I purchased an item that wasn't delivered. Ebid did absolutely nothing. The supplier didn't respond to messages, I had to get a refund through Paypal. I will never purchase anything from Ebid again

First time using ebid, and everything went great. Good, hard to find item, communicative seller, and item came as described. I would use ebid again.

Excellent site. Great support team. Low fees no listing fees. Friendly place to sell on, with far fewer scammers than eBay or similar websites operating. Fair pricing and postage in general offered by sellers.

I paid my platinum membership
fees £69.99 over 2 years ago on ebid and imported over 600 listing from Ebay to ebid.

For more than 2 years, I managed to sell just 2 items on ebid. I also bought a few items too to get the necessary feedbacks.

Recently I couldn't log into my account. I was in contact with ebid constantly to resolve the problem. My feedbacks and my listings have been deleted and my account has been initialised ie zero listing, zero feedbacks. Ebid is demanding another once in a life time membership fees of £69.99 from me again. Not even deciding to express my experience with ebid on Trustpilot made ebid resolve this issue.

Is it worth paying the platinum membership fees if for more than 2 years, I was able to sell just 2 items after listing more than 600 items on the site?

Now the only thing left for me to do, is to get a proof of my payment to ebid from my bank.

I paid the beginning fee to get free listings for life a few years ago. I go through fazes listing on ebid as I have never sold anything on this site. Everytime I have questioned it, i get a reply 'your items are on google shopping', i've never known anyone that goes on google shopping. I think not many people know of ebid as they don't advertise, like ebay and vinted. I have sold loads on ebay & sold stuff on vinted within a couple of weeks of opening an account, but am not keen on vinted. Now ebay have dropped the 1000 free listings to 300 per month, I will have to go back on ebid & hopefully sell stuff. It is easy to use ebid, but until I start selling, the £69 I paid for free listing and 2% selling fees is a waste of money.

Continued great experience so far and much cheaper to sell on than ebay !

Perhaps a bit slower than other platforms but so far only good experiances.
