Very fast. But the glasses were a lot more red than it looked online. And since it's an international purchase, I don't think I can return them. :(

Great shopping experience with Edel Optics. The ordering process was easy and the package was delivered as scheduled.
Expending the ability to virtually try on the frames would greatly improve the decision making process. I noticed that this option is available for some sunglasses but was not available for any of the frames that I was interested in.

After a delay and my asking what had happened to my order, Edel-optics sent an email saying the order had been shipped with DHL.

"The following items from your order E-AU21-2770078 were despatched to you today by DHL"

Ten days later, DHL's tracking site said my order had been cancelled.

Is Edel-optics a fraud?

Hi! I received my Sylvie Miami sunglasses. They came very quickly which I am pleased about. Packaging was nice; however, they are extremely bent. They do not sit flush with a table and the one lense is in front of the other. I am probably going to have to take it to an optical shop around here to see if it can be adjusted.

I think this sunglasses are fake. I own many Gucci glasses and even the cases aren’t the same. I’m trying to return it but nobody answer the phone o my emails. I don’t recommend this website

I was surprised to find you were the only ones on the Internet that carried The pair of sunglasses that I was looking for. This particular model had been discontinued and I searched high and low and was very thankful to find that you had them. And I received them in a short amount of time and the process was desirable.

This site is legit. Delivery was so fast to the USA. It took 4 days from Germany. Item is in excellent condition, no damage, and looks great.

I ordered sunglasses online, confirmation email received, payment processed. Few hours later I received an email about cancellation of my order without any explanation. According to the email it was upon my request which is an absolute non-sense.
It is great that edel-optics wrote an explanation after me posting this on Trustpilot, however this should have been done at the time when edel-optics cancelled my order. To me this indicates that you don't really care about your customers and such behaviour is for me unacceptable. It should not be me chasing the reason for cancellation! And blaming Brexit for not sending to Northern Ireland? That's really a poor explanation anyway with EU's single market for goods.
