Honestly the website is pretty bad, my credit card company thought it was fraud when I went to check out, and then the sunglasses showed up at my house from Hamburg, Germany in 2 days. So, I guess it’s fine, but they should really fix their sketchy website.

Givenchy mens sunglasses 7162 arrived sooner than expected in mint condition with original Givenchy case and soft cloth, very nice sunglasses but still a bit pricy.

I have tried 5 times to order glasses, but my order won't go through or the processing freezes. I'm paying by credit card, maybe that's the issue?
There is no place on the site to email customer service.

I purchased from edel-optics and had to send back the glasses as they didn't look like advertised. Sent back using UPS and they received 5 days ago. So I've emailed them and tried to phone them twice but no one has replied. I'm now going back to paypal to force them to pay back my money! AVOID!!! at all costs.

Absolute shambles...

Bought a pair of prada sunglasses that were faulty. Despite having a 24 month warranty they would only offer a refund citing brexit as the cause.

The glasses were returned to them but now they completely ignore my emails when I ask where my refund is.

Avoid this company at all cost
