What can I say it was easy great service I ordered my glasses and they were delivered in two days. I will probably by some more because of the quick delivery.

Ordered Fendi sunglasses that are from a past season and no longer widely available in the US at a much higher cost, I ordered on Tuesday and received on Friday, super fast service especially since the glasses are coming from Germany. Incredible prices these are authentic and brand new. I would have given 5 stars but had issues when paying, payment would not go though until I paid via PayPal. I then read several reviews and became a bit trouble as someone said they received two pairs because they also had issues at check out, Thank God this did not ocurre to me, I would not want to go though the dispute process. I didn't have to contact customer service. Very excited with my new sunglasses! Thank you edel-optics for having competitive prices

I would not recommend this company. They don't send you a form for returns but state that if you don't have a printer "please contact us by e-mail and we will send you your return label by post." As I don't have a printer, I have emailed them twice asking for this return label and called up twice but have had no response. They also don't give you a refund if your item reaches them after 14 days since delivery, but I've spent nearly a week waiting for them to send me the returns slip with no response. I'm really worried I won't be able to get my £83 refunded now even though I contacted them within a week of delivery to try to arrange the return.

After reading the bad reviews ,i now feel ive fallen victim to.I ordered a Specific pair of gucci sunglasses ,the model number written on invoice and in email .But when I got my package I got the wrong color and model delivered to me.Almost like a bait and switch ,I tried sending an email but it tells me the edel optics email folder is full ..
