Great Service
Went into Eden Mobility in Darlington for something specific. Morgan was a friendly, personable chap and he was very helpful.
Purchased what we came for and when asking about other things provided information requested. Good value for money for the product purchased (wheelchair bag).
Only issue with the Darlington store is it is a small shop with a lot of things in it, and it isn't the most accessible place.

Eden Mobility are exalent. I have been in a few times about getting adons for my new wheelchair. Max is absolutely brilliant and I cant praise him enough. He helped me out and gave me lots of advice after I fell out of my old wheelchair and bent the front wheel. I bought a wheelchair bag for the back of my wheelchair and he showed me how to frit it to my new wheelchair with the headrest on and he fitted it to my old chair. I can't thank all at Eden enough especially Max.

Perfect got stranded due to floods Nick…
Perfect got stranded due to floods Nick got me recovered and made sure I could get home. No issues let me wait in shop till I got recovered.

Visited Saturday 11th October and was greeted by Hannah. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Explained all we needed to know about getting a new mobility scooter. We were in there a long time and it was coming up to closing time, but this wasn’t a problem for them. They were quite happy if it went past 2pm. Fortunately it didn’t but they were happy to stay if need be. I would certainly recommend this store to anyone. Service first class.

Max in the Darlington store was very helpful. Kind and courteous, with a ‘no problem’ attitude.
Mum and I called in off spec with a problem in mam’s old walker. It appeared that the walker being an old version, was far ‘too heavy’ for mum. With her being frail she needed something sturdier but lighter to lift for her to manage.
Max kindly let mum try out a few designs in the shop, to assess which one was comfortable for mum to handle.
Mum is now delighted with her new purchase and would like to offer a huge thanks to Max and his insight on what he knew would work better, for mum’s mobility issues.

The assistant Julie was exceptionally…
The assistant Julie was exceptionally good giving me all the time I required to have a good look at the different types of walkers and deciding which one was right for me . Which meant I was very satisfied with my choice and it has made a world of difference to my outings.
