Lucie was excellent and explained each product to us in detail, made my parents feel comfortable and the overall experience was out of this world. Chloe is fairly new to Eden but was equally amazing to deal with. I would certainly recommend this shop to anyone, the Company should be very proud of these 2 members of staff. 👏🏻

Went in-store to enquire and look at the power chairs for my husband.
We where greeted by Teela who was extremely knowledgeable about the products and was so professional.
We where able to sort out exactly what was needed without any hassle.
Teela is a credit to your company and is a lovely lady. The power chair is really going to be an asset to my husband.
We went back into store today to say thankyou for all the help we had and was met by Sally who also is a credit to the company and such a lovely lady as well.
I will recommend your store to other people and will be back later on to purchase other equipment that we may need.
I've previously worked myself for a disability company and both girls do know their jobs .

Discusting service my scooter has been for repair 7 times I'm 3 years same issue although now the motor has broken and I have been waiting 10 weeks for repair and everytime I call them they say they don't know how long them they had the motor and an engineer came out to repair it but could not do it because there was no motor in the box surley that should have been checked before coming out in the first place without my scooter I have no independence due to my heart failure which does not seem to matter to them I have lost count on how many times I have had to call them but they still get paid through motibility so my needs do not matter to them
Appalling! My partner has used this company through PIP motability for a mobility scooter for the past 3 years. Without the scooter she has no independence and can't leave the house. Repeated brake downs of the scooter and Eden take weeks to come and fix the issue. This last time the scooter stopped working Eden were called, a few weeks later sent an engineer who stated they needed to order parts to fix the issue, so again waited weeks for the parts to be ordered. When they finally arrived to fix the issue 8 weeks later, the engineer opened the box with the parts only to realise the part wasn't in the box. Total incompetence which has severely affected her mental health. Eden should be ashamed of themselves. Not fit for purpose! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Great service from Lady in fareham store in buying a new wheelchair which we bought in Feb 26. Have had an issue with the left front wheel clicking and the left brake. Told in store under guarentee for someone to look at this and do any repairs in store. Waited for appointment, no reply after nearly 2 weeks. Telephoned the repair office and informed someone could attend Fareham store this Friday and we would get a time allocated to bring it in. No appointment given. Telephoned this morning and informed the appointment was for today and we should have taken it into the store last Wednesday, so this was cancelled by them. We have given up, so the guarentee is useless. The Eden Store is very good, but not aftercare for repairs. We are using our old wheelchair more than the new one, which defeats the object of buying a new one that is faulty. We do not own a car and the store is an hours bus ride, so we cannot attend numerous consecutive days for a repair.
Good selection and opportunity for test drive.

Amazing company I went into Eden Mobility in Shirley High Street, Southampton because I wanted an upgrade on the basic chair I already had I spoke to a very lovely man called Neil Wilkins who put my chair on a quick charge cos my battery was running low even tho my basic chair wasn't bought from Eden Mobility, he talked me thru all the chairs and I ended up buying a chair from them, he really knows his stuff, he kept me updated on every aspect before I picked up my new chair, I would highly recommend Eden Mobility.

Caroline and Gail at Eden Mobility, Matlock were fantastic with my parents and took the stress away!
My mum (79) was looking for a rollator after her stroke and my dad (83) was after a light wheelchair to push her in. Dad was agitated and a bit confused and I was trying to sort them both at the same time.
Caroline and Gail quickly noticed the situation and took control pleasantly and swiftly, offering chairs and cups of tea all round! We were calmly shown a variety of products and tested them thoroughly, to my dad's delight, and ended up with two very happy customers and one chilled out daughter.
Thank you so much both for your expertise and kindness.
I must remember to pop in and pick up the old wheelchair that they kindly held onto as it didn't fit in my car with the 2 new items!
