Eden Mobility - Middlesbrough Avis 

I visited Eden Mobility with the intention of just having a browse. I explained to Nick exactly the type of scooter that I was looking for and he showed me several models. There was no hard sell and Nick was able to answer all my questions without being pushy. I was so impressed that I ended up making a purchase there and then.

Called into Middlesbrough eden mobility centre on the 8th of July was talking to a man called nick who was very helpful and couldn't of wished for a better service excellent and would highly recommend the Middlesbrough branch

Visited the Eden Mobility shop in Middlesbrough looking for a new road scooter. Spoke to a lovely member of staff called Nick who couldn't do enough for us. We had been looking at a few scooters in different shops in the area but bought the one in Eden mainly due to the interactions with Nick, his enthusiasm for the products and his knowledge. Out of all the shops we went in to Eden had by far the best customer service and we were able to come to a deal for the scooter we wanted.

I went into the Middlesbrough branch opposite the bus station and I was helping by a gentleman named HEFIN. The help I received from him was amazing, he really made me feel listened too and helping me a great amount. I always pop by when I’m going past Aswell and he always has the time a day for everyone. His heart is so kind and he’s a real genuine person, with a heart of gold. I would even nominate him for an award if I had the means to do so. I will certainly be trying to get in contact with someone from the head office to nominate him for an award. My friend was also needing help with ordering a mobility scooter but he is unable to walk he’s actually house bound. HEFIN made things very smooth and easy for him to order. HEFIN makes Eden mobility a safe and calm place to go and visit. He’s a real credit to the company.

Eden mobility at Middlesbrough has a good supply of scooters on show. Hefin, the assistant, was very helpful and answered all my questions. Very easy to make my decision with his help., so I bought a Roadmaster. I am pleased with it. Well done He

I was in the shop with my mother in law we were looking at purchasing a wheel chair.
Hefin helped us purchase the wheelchair and offered us great customer service and helped us with deciding which wheel chair would fit in to my mother in laws car.

Came to buy a three wheel Walker for a family member and was served by Hefin who was super friendly and helpful, he showed me how to use it and was very knowledgeable :)

I had to come to Middlesbrough in an emergency from wales
I will have to say I was giving a 5 star ⭐ customer service experience..Hefrin was very polite ,professional and made me comfortable whilst he talked me through my options.
I had travelled from wales my battery needed charging on my mobility scooter which he did for me .
I purchased a battery charger and he spoke to me about cushions for my mobility scooter
I am interested in a folding scooter which he showed me and explained everything

I went in apprehensively for a walker as I’m 77 and my mobility is getting worse (not that I’m ready to admit it). I had a wonderful experience, my daughter and I went into the Middlesbrough store and spoke with Nick. He was friendly and knowledgeable and listened to what my concerns were. I needed a walker which was light weight and folded down to fit in a car boot. He gave me demonstrations on 5 different walkers explaining their advantages and possible disadvantages. I decided on the Alerta walker and for the first time in months walked out of the store feeling safer and with confidence. There was no hard sell (which is rare these days) he was just happy to help me understand the options which were available. I can’t thank Nick enough for his patience and kindness. A great experience and hopefully there will be no stopping me now and to get a bit of my independence back .

I was phoned by Eden the day before my service to say it would be in the afternoon. Keith Anderson phoned me the next afternoon to say he would be arriving within 10-15mins. He was friendly and knowledgeable, did the service & checked the seat as I felt it was tilting slightly, he said the tyres weren't fully inflated on one side which might have caused that. I'll check the pressures more often, thanks very much Keith
