After being completely let down and confused by two other mobility dealers in Portsmouth, walking into Eden Mobility Portsmouth was the best decision I ever made.I spent a few hours in the shop, and the absolute dream team of Rebecca, Ryan, Steph, and Peter put in an amazing effort. They are so incredibly caring and truly listen. They even made me a cup of tea exactly how I like it—strong, a little milk, and a bit of cold water. That tiny detail proved just how thoughtful and attentive they really are!They cleared away all my worry, replacing it with so much patience, kindness, and reassurance. I felt completely safe, understood, and never rushed. They even took a lovely photo of me posing with my new scooter! These four deserve double wages for the deeply caring, top-tier service they provide.Thank you all so much for your warmth and for helping me get my amazing new scooter. You haven't just sold me a product; you have given me my freedom ride. If you want honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring service in Portsmouth, bypass everyone else and go straight to Eden!"

I was treated with respect and made to feel comfortable by Ryan. A colleague offered me a coffee or tea and as it was a very hot day gave me her fan to use which was most welcome

Ryan was absolutely brilliant
Ryan was absolutely brilliant, very polite,listened to what we were looking for. He explained about refurbished and brand new including insurance. Told us about the offers that was on,one being the sale plus free insurance for a month. Let me use the mobility scooter outside. I would definitely recommend this shop and to see Ryan. If I need anything else I will definitely be going back.

A lovely man called Ryan helped me
I was met with a lovely man called Ryan when I entered the store ,he was very patient and got to know exactly what I need showed me a few options and helped me see the best one for what I needed I went ahead with that choice that day I didn't need to go anywhere else ryan was very friendly very knowledgeable would definitely recommend this place for all mobility needs and will definitely be going back 😀

This is my first visit to your north…
This is my first visit to your north end branch where I was greeted by your colleague named Peter who if I said was very helpful that would be a massive understatement, Peter gave me advice , guidance and showed me exactly what I was looking for , he then booked my purchase with your Gosport branch because they had my choice of colour which I picked up the following day . #fantasticservice

Excellent !! Within 6 days of enquiring I've got a wonderful Roadmaster scooter through motobility!! Wonderful, friendly service. Expert advice. Ryan gives amazing customer service
Visited with my Nan to get a new walker. Was served by Ryan who gave amazing service. Really engaged with Nan and let her take her time to make her choice. Gave a full demo and made sure it was set up perfectly. Then was really funny during the boring admin bit and made Nan laugh. Amazing service all round. Thanks Ryan!

I went into Eden Portsmouth to purchase…
I went into Eden Portsmouth to purchase a walking stick. Ryan served me. Showed me various models and when I had chosen my walking stick Ryan made sure of the correct height for me. Very happy with service today 😁

Excellent service
I went in for a commode. They didn’t have it in stock, but phoned another branch which fortunately did have one. They went over and picked it up and dropped it to my address. Absolutely brilliant service from Ryan and Paul, very much appreciated. Also very happy with the commode.

I called in to buy a walking cane tip…
I called in to buy a walking cane tip for a relative. I needed one that would enable the cane to stand upright when not being used. Ryan found the perfect one and it seems to do the job very well although it has only been I use for a day so far.
Very friendly and efficient would definitely use again.

I bought a rise and recline chair costing over £2,000 from Eden Mobility in Portsmouth. On arrival the chair didn't work.
Another chair was ordered and delivered a few days later, this chair broke down two weeks later.
Getting through to after sales was very difficult.
I'm the meantime my father was being hoisted.
The new chair finally arrived.
Back in September I wrote a letter of complaint about our experience to the Head office in Scunthorpe.
I have yet to receive a reply.
