Fantastic staff
Called in shop at Ripley on a Friday afternoon and spoke to Julie. She was fantastic and really helpful. She was already serving another customer and she was so nice. Proper customer service. Julie told me what paperwork I needed and what would happen. I chose which model I wanted. Julie is an absolute diamond. Nothing was too much trouble. On Monday I got a phone call from head office saying that my brand new scooter would be delivered on Wednesday. Stewart brought Big Red out and we did the paperwork out together. Yet again another brilliant gentleman with fantastic customer service. Can not thank Eden Mobility enough. Definitely 5 star service

Bought a four wheeled walker and a quad walking stick from Julie at the Ripley branch ,lovely lady very helpful and knowledgeable about the products i purchased will definately return when i need more equipment

Value for money?
Booked a service for my mobility scooter, the guy came and checked it over, then said the motor was burnt out and I need a new one for £700. I declined and he charged me £80. My neighbour took the back cover off and found a loose wire, he tightened it up and the scooter now works fine. I really want to know what I got for my £80

Very knowledgeable about scooter, took me out for test drive!! and I did decide to buy the one they showed me. All dealt with professionaly but in lovely friendly manner.
