Well the young lady named Sam who greeted me & my husband @ Eden Mobility in Rotherham, was absolutely amazing she made my husband feel comfortable riding a mobility scooter for the first time, and i can't thank her enough, she definitely amazing at what she does, she definitely deserves more than 5☆'s

went to buy a folding mobility scooter…
went to buy a folding mobility scooter for going in the car and on the plane Sam in the Rotherham branch was so knowlegeable and so helpful knew everything that I needed to know and even got me a discount on a brand new scooter let me test drive it so I was confortuble with it perfect polite and an lovely lady

Sam who runs this store is very polite, very friendly, very very helpful & makes a point of going above & beyond her job to make sure you get all the help that you need, not just to understand everything you need to know but ro make sure that what you want to buy is perfect for your needs.

Really great service. Highly recommend!
My elderly parents recently visited the store to buy a mobility scooter for my mum and they said that they received such great service that they wanted me to write a review on their behalf. They were helped by a lady called Sam who was really patient, helpful and very kind. She gave them lots of information and after hearing what my mum needed she have them helpful advice. Mum bought a scooter and she is super happy with her purchase. Thanks Sam for helping get my mum out and about again! :)

Coffee morning
I attended coffee morning and sam was very welcoming and well mannered and polite . She had a few customers in store throughout the morning and met everyone's needs very well the store is clean and smells fresh
