In June 2025 I bought a mobility scpoter from the Washington Store. In September I reported that the hand grip had split. It is now 28th May2026 and they are still telling me it is on order.

I was able to take my new scooter straight home after Liz took me round the galleries and new I was confident on it

Was served by Liz and Chloe when picking out a mobility scooter for my mum. They listened to her needs and limits and worked hard with her to pick out a great fit for her. There wasn't any forced upselling and it felt like they had her needs first in all the decision-making.

Went into washington galleries to eden mobility and bought a new mobility scooter of which the shop assistant Liz was very knowledgeable about the scooter and very helpful and pleasant

Excellent service. I attended this store some time ago when considering a mobility scooter but at the time decided not to. I was served by Nick who was extremely helpful.
I recently decided I needed a mobility scooter to fit into my car so returned to the store on 14 March 26. Nick was again the staff member who served me. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything brilliantly, showed me several options and never once pushed for a sale. He made sure I was able to lift the choice I made as a I stated it would be me lifting it in and out of my car.
I found Nick pleasant, polite, knowledgeable, friendly, professional and patient whilst I made my decision.
The reason I returned to the store to make this purchase was because of the previous service I received from Nick.
I now look forward to delivery and the freedom I will gain from having my scooter.

I was able to purchase what I wanted with the help of Liz, the sales assistant. She was very knowledgeable about all the equipment and was very courteous and patient with me. She treated me with dignity.
The choice of equipment on show was quite wide ranging, however not every item was VAT exempt, e.g. walking sticks.

We Visited Eden Mobility, mum and I. We were greeted by Kathryn and Liz, friendly and always happy to help.
We went in with a goal of purchasing a recliner chair and after trying out the range of recliner chairs they had in the Washington Store I'm pleased to say thanks to the efforts of Kathryn and Liz, safe to say the deal was signed, sealed and delivered.

Went in to Washington Store to purchase a folding scooter and was very pleasantly approached by Elizabeth Downs who talked us through every detail and gave us demonstrations of scooters and after I tried the Eden Supa Carbon Lite Blue I was very impressed due to her expertise and understanding of what she was talking about. Therefore the sale was done and I am a very happy customer and look forward to receiving my scooter later this week.

We only popped in to have a look around and were greeted by Nick. He was very helpful and nothing was a bother to him. He let us try various solutions and talked us through the various features of each product. Great service.

Edit: Although store was great, repair service is appalling. Customer service on the repair line is terrible, very rude attitude on multiple occasions. Expect to wait 4+ weeks in total from what I've now been told. Don't bother with the Mark Bates free month cover, get proper insurance as it doesn't pay enough to hire a replacement during repair and they then pressure you to take out a very expensive policy. I regret buying this now. Go somewhere else where ordering parts doesn't take so long.
Excellent service in store, not at all pushy, we got to try out some different powerchair options and see which we liked. I’m very happy with the one we bought, delivery was quick with great communication and the delivery team assembled it for us and checked we knew how to use it. I’m very pleased we went in, we didn’t set out to buy a powerchair that day but I’m so glad we did!

I have found it’s always best to deal with someone face to face rather than buying blind off the internet.
As the prices are just as competive .
If I require any more accessories / equipment this will be the 1st place I go to.

visited Eden Mobility in The Galleries, Washington today, and was dealt with by Liz who was extremely helpful and talked me through using the Ignite Sport, which I bought at a 20% discount and now awaiting delivery in 3 to 5 working days. She also promised to contact supplier for a large weather proof cover which is currently ot of stock. Will review my purchase after I have used it for a few weeks. Thanks Liz.

My husband and I had already visited shop a few times as unsure as what type of scooter to buy, and after talking to staff member, decided on a folding scooter to go in car boot. The same member of staff demonstrated how to fold it up a couple of times as she wanted to ensure that it was not too heavy, and , when we decided to buy, rang around to get us the best deal! The customer service was excellent, nothing was a bother and the staff member seemed very knowledgeable about the products. If we need something a bit different in future would definitely go back there!
