Thank you for your feedback, and we’re pleased to hear you enjoyed the product you’ve tried so far.

We’re sorry to hear some of the portions were not what you were expecting. We do clearly display both the quantity and pack weights on our website to help customers choose the right products for their needs, though we appreciate portion expectations can vary from person to person.

Our focus is always on providing high-welfare, carefully reared meat with full traceability and quality over excessive water weight or artificially enlarged portions often found elsewhere.

We very much hope you enjoy the steak and roasting joint when you try them, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts with us.

It’s wonderful to hear the packaging impressed you as much as the food itself. We put a great deal of care into finding sustainable solutions that genuinely work, so knowing the wool insulation kept everything perfectly frozen, and has now been repurposed, is fantastic to hear.

We’re especially pleased you enjoyed the chicken. Hearing customers say “it actually tastes like chicken” is one of the best compliments we can receive, and reflects exactly why we’re so passionate about slow-grown, high-welfare farming and supporting British farmers properly.

In terms of portion size, our focus is firmly on provenance, craftsmanship, and the quality of each cut.
