Very disappointing experience – will never use again

This was my first time using Editage, and it will also be my last. The quality of the editing was unacceptable: there were still spelling and punctuation errors, terminology was inconsistent, and the formatting was not done according to my instructions. I expected a polished document, but instead I had to spend more time fixing their mistakes.

On top of that, customer support was inconsistent—sometimes unhelpful, and at times even rude and hostile depending on who handled my query. For a service that positions itself as professional, this is simply not acceptable.

I strongly advise others not to waste their time or money here. There are better alternatives that will respect both your work and you as a client.

Editage belooft een 'proofread', maar wil die alleen leveren, als ik eerst meer dan een meer dan €500 rekening betaal voor iets wat ik nog niet van ze gekregen heb.
Daar klopt dus niets van en lijkt op een wijze om geld af te troggelen, zonder er een product voor te leveren. In mijn ogen een zeer onbetrouwbaar bedrijfje.
