Outstanding service from Muhammad at Efficient Surveyors!
I cannot recommend Efficient Surveyors and Muhammad highly enough. The turnaround time on my Level 3 Home Survey was absolutely unbelievable. I contacted Muhammad on a Tuesday, by the Friday of that exact same week the physical inspection was booked and completed, and by Saturday morning the full report was sitting in my inbox! Even my estate agent was completely shocked at how fast it was delivered.
Not only was the speed incredible, but the price for a Level 3 survey was unmatched. It was a fantastic value compared to every other surveyor I looked at.
The report itself was excellent: deeply informative, clear, and exceptionally easy to understand without being bogged down in overly complicated jargon. What really sets Muhammad apart, though, is the aftercare. When I had a few questions about some of the concerns raised in the report, I was able to call and email him directly. I received a comprehensive, clarifying response that very same day, which gave me total peace of mind moving forward with my house purchase.
I am so incredibly happy with the service Muhammad provided. I’ve already started recommending him to my friends and work colleagues. If you need a thorough, reasonably priced, and unbelievably fast surveyor, look no further!

Level 2 House Survey
We had a level 2 house survey done on a property we are buying, Muhammad was very efficient and informative throughout the process. From the initial enquiry he communicated every step and his responses were always quick. The report itself was informative and easy to read, I know exactly what we need to do on the house and am very grateful for the useful notes to mention to my solicitor.

Faultless, Flawless service!
Cannot fault Muhammad, we got a comprehensive level 3 RICS survey for a bargain price (some suppliers seriously overcharge but Muhammad’s pricing was amazing). He arranged the survey directly with the estate agent and it was arranged so quickly, the report back within 1 business day! This was seriously impressive because the house had lots wrong with it, so lots of details in the report. I now wouldn’t think of recommending any other company other than Efficient Surveys Ltd. Should I move again, I’ll be giving you a call!

Don't hesitate..
Don't hesitate... Use this company. They did a level 3 survey here in the Midlands within 48hrs of us asking for it. The subsequent report arrived back within 24hrs, was way more detailed than anything we have had before and was less than half the price. Muhammed was super friendly and helpful when we had follow up questions. What's not to like?!!! I wouldn't use anyone else.

The Efficient Surveyors are RICS regulated and were a very helpful team right from the beginning. Special thanks to Muhammad for his excellent customer service skills. They carried out the survey in only 3 days from the time we notified them, and the report was ready in less than an hour from the time it was completed. Level 2 Rics survey
As first time buyers, the whole process can be really daunting and stressful. I came across Efficient Surveyors on a comparison website and they came up at the top due to their promotional price.
I contacted them and spoke to Muhammed, who was incredibly helpful. He went through the process with me and explained all of the steps so that I knew what to expect. He then kindly popped everything in an email so that I could share it with my husband.
The survey was carried out on a Friday and we had the full report with us by Saturday afternoon. We were so impressed by this as it allowed us to get the ball rolling! And even better because we received the promotional price!
Very professional, helpful and courteous. The promptness and level of customer service received made the process so much easier. Alot of other companies were quoting 4 week lead times for the survey to get booked in, whereas ours was booked in 2 days after my enquiry! Highly recommend!

Good service
Efficient Surveyors initially reached out with a quote, and when I mentioned I had found a slightly better one they were kind enough to beat it for me! Absar had great timely communication throughout answering any questions I had. The survey was very easy to book and they scheduled it with the seller/agent without my involvement. After the survey, the report was issued within 24 hours as promised and was as detailed as expected. Overall very happy with the service and the price, thank you to Absar for your support!

Detailed survey report spit spot
Ordered a lvl3 survey. The communications were great. Snappy responsive emails and calls. On the day of the survey the chap turned up 40 minutes late so I got a call for the estate agent asking what was going on. Got the surveyor to call the estate agent with updated arrival time. Survey was on a tuesday morning and by wed afternoon, I had my detailed report with pics explaining everything. No fuss no muss.
