Ego Restaurants Avis 

Had lunch at Horbury ego ,the staff were friendly an attentive,the atmosphere was non existent,the food didn’t live up to expectations dry pie served without a gravy,oven chips and overcooked small portion of veg .My meal was no better with dry breadcrumbed chicken ,rocket leaves tossed in oil and the dry oven chips all dry and bland ,never going again the only good thing was the waitress definitely not the chef !or maybe I should say cook .

Top notch food, always great service. Really good cocktails. Great staff in Sheffield. Highly recommend a visit, you will never be disappointed.

My friend and I visited Kenilworth Ego for lunch. The staff made us feel very safe by observing Covid rules. The menu was impressive, catering for all tastes and budgets. I had rump steak and tiramasu; my friend chose fishcakes and lemon tart. Everything we ordered was fresh, delicious and cooked to perfection, and the meals were excellent value. The service was quick and staff were attentive without being intrusive. The little touches made our visit special, such as the waiter realising I didn't have a steak knife and bringing me one within seconds. We would thoroughly recommend this restaurant and will be returning soon.

Always great service here and the food is delicious too!

I have never in my life been spoken to the way the so called restaurant manager spoke to me tonight, being talked to like a 5 year old because we wanted to move to a table that didn’t have 200 decibels of music being pumped straight at it, that manager needs to either go to some anger management training or at least some customer relations courses, and I won’t even go through my request to not have peppers on the kebab, which was met with a resounding NO! poor service, terrible behaviour, and it’s
Not as if the steak I had was that good, not a pleasant experience in any way whatsoever. I won’t be going back.

We have recently visited Ego at Shrewsbury. The food was good, the staff were excellent and the ambiance was superb. What this company has done to a drab pub deserves recognition. Credit where credit is due. Will definitely visit again

We had a party of 30 just before Christmas in Nuneaton. I'd like to thank the staff for their efficiency. We had pre-ordered and all three courses came out fairly quick and all together, with the waitresses shouting out names so we knew whose was whose. Excellent service.

We visted the Ego`s in Cannock to celebrate a birthday. We was advised to pre-order as this would make the service quicker once we arrived. Not only did we had to wait over 45 mins to be seated but then encountered another long wait for the food to arrive ( what was the point of pre-ordering)?? They then informed us they ran out of Melon so we had to re-order the starters, and then the to make matters worse they also got those meals wrong! We ordered chicken dippers for one of the 6 yr olds to discover it contained a bone which obviously caused him a great deal of pain and distress as this stuck in his gums, luckly his mother was able to remove it with her nalis.
The staff was aplogetic, but overall not a pleasent experiance!

Went to the new Worcester restaurant last week, the restaurant is lovely and clean with friendly staff but unfortunately our visit was let down by having to wait for our meal. The table was booked at 12.30 and we ordered quickly but our food didn't arrive until an hour later, when the food came it was hot and very nice but the wait was too long as the the restaurant wasn't overly busy, drinks are also quite pricey !!

visited the leeds shadwell ego for my birthday meal. Excellent service lovely staff and gorgeous food would highly recommend

Amazing what a transformation from the old restaurant ( well the old one was just pub grub cheap and nasty ) I love it my first visit was great but my second visit surpassed that the food is amazing.
Chantelle and Louise looked after us the service was world class.
5 star dining with the service to match what more can I say but WOW!!

The whole experience from booking the table (on-line) to paying for the meal was absolutely brilliant. The staff were very welcoming, the ambience was fantastic, and nothing was too much trouble. The food quality was excellent and value for money was spot on.

The vegetarian selection was adequate, but could be broadened and and include spicier items.Will I be going back? Most definately!!

Keep it up
