Terrible communication

I ordered a Tenways CGO009 e-bike (order #36709) on 20 May along with a helmet and lock. Two weeks later, nothing had shipped and I'd heard nothing about why.
The real problem was the communication. I emailed several times and got no response. I only reached someone after ringing the shop directly. When I finally got an answer (3 June), I was told there was an unresolved issue with the bike, no other stock available, and no guarantee of when it would ever ship. Their own suggestion was that I cancel and buy elsewhere.
When I asked to cancel the bike, I specifically asked what would happen with the helmet and lock. That question was simply ignored, and they cancelled the entire order without ever addressing it.
To their credit, the refund was processed promptly the next day, and the staff member I eventually spoke to was apologetic. But if there was a fault with the bike, I should have been told weeks earlier, not left chasing my own order. I wish I'd bought elsewhere and can't recommend ordering online from this shop.

Very Slow Technical Support Response Time

Having recently bought a Volt ebike, it has been difficult contacting their customer support team concerning warranty issues. Their web site stated "our technical team can take up to 10 day to reply to enquiries". This is an unacceptably long period to wait.
Once contact was made, the issues were addressed satisfactorily. The bike itself, a Volt Regent, is very good and meets my needs. The only small problem is the "walk assist" mode of the Shimano motor, which is not as good as it could be.
I am pleased that Volt will be making efforts to improve the time they take to respond to customers.

Second to none customer service.

The electric bike store's customer service is second to none. My bike charger disappeared and it was virtually impossible to find another. Luckily I found the electric bike store. They respond to customer queries really quickly and have a detailed knowledge of their products. I couldn't remember what my charger looked like exactly but this was no problem as they told me to send a photo of my battery so they could check it was the correct one. I ordered it only to realise that I wouldn't be at home when it arrived due to family responsibilities. I emailed them and they held onto it for me until I asked them to post it. It arrived quickly and safely and now I can use my bike again!

Bought a new ebike a few weeks ago

Bought a new ebike a few weeks ago. They were really helpful and friendly. Gave me great advice. I am very happy with my bike, the awesome, immediate help with minor bedding in issues, and the whole service they provide all round. Highly recommend. James Sharpe.

Motor Biking

Had my volt pulse about 3 weeks now and i am thoroughly enjoying the experience. The bike is just what i need to get me out and about and improve my fitness levels. Its everything the electric bike store promised. The bike was delivered to the Bridgend bicycle store as promised and when i went to collect it the handover was brilliant. all adjustments were taken care of and gent in the shop was really helpful and made sure i was happy before i left the shop. Brilliant service from electric bike store and bridgend bicycle store, thanks to both. My only gripe? should have bought one sooner and enjoyed the summer weather!!!!
