Very informative and the people are lovely

My boyfriend and I came into the store because of the PCEF e-bike rebate program. We really didn't know anything about bikes in general, let alone e-bikes, but the people who were helped us immensely. They let us test ride and explained all the different types and showed a genuine passion in everything they did. after test riding, Andrew helped us with everything else. He was incredibly informative when it came to the bikes, the rebate program, and how it would work with the shop, giving us a clear understanding and timeframe of how things would go and making a seemingly daunting amount of work a great experience for both of us. I have my bike now and I love it, would 100% recommend.

Failed to honour terms of purchase.

Failed to honour terms of purchase.
As an 87 year old I was left to drag bike on Metro train.
Delivery was part of the sale; it did not happen.

*** Thanks for RUINING my Christmas by selling me a Defective Ebike!*** I'm Legally Disabled & now I've lost my major mode if Transportation?? So I take my Specialized Turbo Como 5.0 IGH Ebike in for some minor service today & one of the guys there (has a short grayish beard) starts arguing with me, trying to hustle me? He accused me of breaking my Garmin Radar over & over again? He became really nice all of a sudden when I said I'll just take my Ebike somewhere else. My Garmin Radar was torn by excess leaves being trapped in the back mud flap area causing my Ebike to come to a complete stop going about 20 mph? My Ebike has a Defective Back Mud Flap Design & has Defective Back Brakes? The guy looks at me like I'm lying or stupid? I've NEVER had an issue like this with my past 3 Ebikes back mud flaps? Then he wants to bleed my breaks after only 2 months & charge me a big fee? The guy that sold me my Ebike there also was really rude / pushy & only cares about how much money you have to spend. Basically, this Ebike Store is now for yuppies. I'm not coming back again. You lost my business because you treated me like garbage & tried to hustle me.

I purchased an ebike in Feb

I purchased an ebike in Feb. 22. It worked perfectly for 42 miles. Then it would quit. I have been in contact with ebike store since May 22. They have sent me many parts that had to be installed at my expense. Nothing has fixed it. I can not use it as it just quits intermittently. They are now ignoring me. Had I have known their lack of service and commitment to their warranty I would NEVER have made the purchase.

Hello Bill, would you verify that you are reviewing the correct store you purchased your eBike from? The eBike Store is a completely different company than say The Electric Bike Store.

We are a small shop in Portland Oregon that only sell eBikes to customers who are physically in our store.

We have no record of having sold anything to you, but hope whoever did gets you all straightened out!

Refused to Sell

On 9 May 2022 around 4:30 pm I called this shop to inquire if the had a Specialized SL Range Extender Battery and Road Bike (220 mm) cable. The male individual on the phone said yes. Then asked if I purchased the bike from this shop. When I said I didn’t, he said he wouldn’t sell me the battery. It’s only for their customers. This item can’t be purchased on-line thru Specialized. I asked to speak to the owner and the individual said he would take my name and number and the owner will return my call in the future.

More Fun and More Help Than You Can Imagine

I cannot say enough good about my experience with the eBike store. Both customer service and product were amazing. I bought a Gazelle T-10 from Bryan Dean who coached me through trial rides on five different bikes before I chose the Gazelle. I've been thrilled with it and never even planned on getting an ebike. He then helped me with fit over a series of visits and pawed through his back room to find the right saddle for me. He patiently explained the many features of the bike and computer and I've ridden nearly every day since I bought it. Without a lot of help and encouragement this just wouldn't have happened. The bike is financed by them through Syncrony interest free for a year so it is even affordable to get a bike that will take you out in all weather and be more fun than you can imagine. Try it out!
