Product ordered through Amazon. Product was delivered to the wrong address. Contacted Seller but he was not willing to reissue Product. So think twice as this Company is not customer focused

I placed an order that was supposed to include promotional items—a T-shirt and a cap. While the main item arrived promptly, the extras were missing. I’ve emailed several times but received no response. This will definitely be my last order with them.

I ordered ZMA from this company and it was absolutely disaster, i was taking this pils for couple of motnhs and they didn't make any difference to me, i just got some new ones from different company and it makes different just after couple of days, im waking up rest and i was so tired for 2 months, very disappointed, STUFF DOESN'T CONTAIN WHAT IS SAYS ON THE PACKET, FAKE!!!!

Fantastic customer service... ordered my supplement before the 3pm cut off for next day dispatch and I received them before lunch the next day... and very good communication from Paul. I would 💯 recommend using them (I’ve already put another order in!)... Happy customer 👍

Ordered a fat burner bundle from what I thought would have been locally supplied in WA wrong coming from ACT! Not only that I get a msg saying that half my order wasn't available and have been given store credit, the fact I didn't even get an option on my order has already left a bad taste in my mouth and to top it off I've got to wait wks for the stuff to get here! Never again will I use this company!!! Think I'll stick to Nutrition warehouse or mr supplement.

This business cares so little about their customers that they cover up their shocking service by removing Google and Facebook reviews.

Ordered $80 worth of products and they never arrived!!! Company will not compensate me and the manager (“Mickey”)is completely rude and hasn’t a clue how to treat customers. DO NOT ORDER from this company! Dodgy!! This has happened to several other people I know. A matter of time until they are closed down.

Vince at the store in Adelaide CBD is so helpful and really took the time to find the right product for me. Couldn't recommend this store enough!

Most disgusting customer service I have ever encountered in my life. When rang up to complain about there so called “ order before 1pm and they’ll ship. “ which is an outright lie, considering I ordered prior to 1pm and yet my order wasn’t shipped till 3 days later. . I was hung up on when I told them I wouldn’t use them again. I would never recommend this company at all.

I won’t be using these guys again. Advised postage will take 10 days to receive even though they said they have expressed post. The website is false and misleading representation as it states postage will be 3-5days. They contacted me on the 3rd day to advise they didn’t have the supplement that I had purchased and will swap or put a credit on their site. I agreed to swap but asked for it to be express posted. They have advised me today it will take another 5 days until I receive supplement. They have no sympathy nor do they take responsibility for their actions. I will not purchase from this store again.

Took ages to come. Had to chase it up. Was never sent so they resent it. . And then when it finally came they didn't send the bonus gift. And never replaced the gift with any thing else even after I asked about it they just said sorry.
Definitely had better service.

I know some other people have had a hard time with this company, but my protein shake was posted out very quickly, and was the cheapest I could find online.

Wow! I am amazed at just how terrible this whole experience has been, despite previously being a regular at my local supps store I decided to try elite supps due to the slightly cheaper products and convenience of getting them delivered right to my door, great when you work all hours. I placed my order on the 25th of August for a tub of C4 (flavour pink lemonade) and an EHP labs stack (oxyshred flavour guava and BCAA flavour passion fruit). When I finally recieved my order a week later I discovered they had sent the wrong flavour oxyshred, the passion fruit one which I already had. I emailed elite supps regarding the issue on the 31st of August, they requested that I make my way down to the post shop, send back the incorrect item, pay for postage and wait for the correct item to arrive....which completely defeats the purpose of online shopping! After exchanging 24 emails with the complaints department explaining that getting to a post office during open hours would not be a possibility they had no alternative soulution, so I left work early and posted the incorrect oxyshread back to elite supps on the 21st of September. During these emails they said “we will reimburse you with many goodies”, today is the 3rd of October, the correct order has finally arrived and the postage refunded, they have been so kind to give me a single use free sample (which they put in every order) and a 10% off coupon (easily found on google). I have no issues with the products themselves, I especially love EHP labs but elliete supps is a detriment to their reputation. This purchase has been so much more hassle than it’s worth, pay the extra $2 and support your local stores.

Ordered two bags of protein, and when I arrived to the post office to pick it up, the lady said "ohh the dodgy one" drops this crumpled box on the counter, barely even holding the flaps down by one skinny bit of sticky tape, to hold 15 kgs of powder, opened the box to find one of the bags had bursted at the seam and there was product everywhere, sent photos of the box and the content spilled throughout the box (taken at the post office on the day) to @eliteenquires and was told there was nothing they could do, because I didn't have a direct photo of the actual rip itself, lost a full 7kg bag of protein because elite couldn't do something as simple as package a friggin box properly, this is not the post offices fault, they don't get paid enough to take special care with every box, this is poor management and work quality, but I guess I gotta give some credit to the lady who offered to offer a discount on my next order in the end, no thanks elite, never again..

Horrible experience. When I uploaded items to the cart they added at $0, instead of sending me an invoice, they cancelled my order... twice. When I emailed to ask about this, I was accused of fraudulently trying to order items!! I voiced my disgust in their accusation but went ahead and re-placed the order anyway as the sale price was so good, then when the order showed up it was missing the extra sale items. I emailed to ask about this and they said it is my fault as I did not add it to the cart. I explained that there were issues with adding to the cart when placing the initial order to which they simply responded 'thats strange, we didnt have any reported problems'. Clearly they did as I reported the problem at the time only to be accused of being fraudulent.
This company do not care about their customers or about providing a good service experience! There is no way I will be ordering from this company again!!

Terrible experience. I ordered a product that was meant to have been delivered and I never got anything. I contacted them to ask them to call the courier and find out where my parcel was and they were rude and told me I had to do it myself, that it wasn’t their ‘protocol’ ?? I am a pro body builder and would have been a repeat customer if they weren’t such a**wipes. I’m telling all my friends to watch out for this website, I’ve wasted money now and they don’t seem to care. There are much better sites out there, especially ones that don’t charge as much for their products, and you actually receive them!!! I hope their business fails if this is their business ethic!

Never got my items, was charged for the items anyway.

I ordered off this website in hopes to be receiving some protein.
Long story short, never received my items although i was charged for it. I have sent multiple emails, to which i have never received an email back. I sent another email to their facebook page to be told to contact via their email, which i already did with of course, no reply. I tried ringing the contact number and didn't pick up the phone. I will not be bothering with this website again.
