Got a 25 euro bill out of the blue from collection for a 5 euro missing payment. When contacted they told me that I paid less 6 months ago. I gave them proof of payments. They changed the story to something else. Theres ways to monetize, but harassing customers isn't one of them. I can suck up the sudden 20 percent unannounced hike in price, but extortion is something I cant stand behind. Luckily, plenty of gyms in central Helsinki.
P.S. the customer service is the cockiest and worst I have ever experienced.

Elixia Hertsi: miesten pukuhuone likainen ja etenkin vessat näyttävät siltä ettei niitä ole kuukauteen siivottu. Laitteita voisi olla enemmän. Turhan paljon porukkaa myös tällä salilla :-(

Munkassa core tunnin musiikki on täysin epäsopivaa. Ohjaaja ohjeistaa kappaleiden sanoitusten päälle. Lopputulos epämääräistä puuroa, mistä ei saa selvää. Ehdotan, että musiikki vaihdetaan sellaiseksi, missä ei ole sanoitusta.

Mä käyn ohjatulla tunneilla jumpassa. Varsinkin vanhemmat maikat on todella hyviä. Saa mukaan ja motivoi.

Staff doesn't say hello also shame that sauna closes so early (especially on weekends!) feels discriminatory against people who train late. With price customers pay sauna should be on as long as center is open.

Hyvä kuntosali mutta henkilökunta siivoaa/imuroi treenatessa. Siellä on joitakin erikoislaitteita.

CCn salilla on huippua treenata. Painoja ja vempeleitä on aina riittävästi käytössä. Mukava henksu saa asiakkaan tuntemaan olonsa tervetulleeksi. Lisäksi nykyinen PTni tekee musta timanttia.

Unbelievable that if I’m a member that I cannot get even a 1 time pass to a gym location that is more convenient. No flexibility and feels like a money grab.

The response to this feedback is exactly what I’m referring to. Money grab. And just explaining to others that don’t expect the company to prioritize your health and wellbeing over money.

For example, having a yearly quota of visits to any gym, then afterwards a fee or then how about first time free, then scaled pricing. Everything tracked through the app and this isn’t rocket science.

But again, share holder, EBIT growth is priority so remember that when joining. PS not the first time in I’ve felt like this, and while I work in the software development and corporate space, I know there are better ways to treat your customers.

Keksikää pls joogatunneille joku muu tapa tuntilipukkeille kuin puhelinten ottaminen mukaan saliin! On ollut niin ihanaa kun joogasali on ollut puhelinvapaa alue🥰
