Disappointed with the service that was provided. Made an appointment and spoke to one of the advisors. As requested sent all our documents over, only to receive a call from the advisor informing us that he was on annual leave for a week and would call us on his return. 5-days later, we are still to hear from him or them.
As we only wanted to loan a small amount over a limited period, I get the impression that it wasn't worth his or their time!

I'd rather people be honest with you and state this without promising to call you back.
