Empire Delivery Avis 

The two delivery men kept me updated on their progress, and on arrival were cheerful and very efficient, taking care whilst unpacking and positioning my safa bed. The delivery was outside the three hour window so the team planning loads routes and delivery times needs to review their data and be more realistic about distances and unloading times.

Three guys working swiftly and efficiently together, professionally polite and whenever coming back in to the lounge, took off their shoes which I really appreciated.
Everything very impressively wrapped in plastic and some cloth over one part and watched them carefully bring in the arms, mechanism and sofa.
All done in no time.

The phone call 20 minutes prior to delivery was extremely useful.
We were very impressed with the care taken with the delivery itself, everything was unpacked, checked and packaging was taken away. We ordered a sofabed and we were shown how to operate it.

Terrible rain and awful winds and the chairs not ‘cooperating ‘!

The timescales were exactly as stated. The delivery was organised and efficient. People in office were always friendly and helpful. And the sofa is perfect! I ordered the Bromley sofa bed, double. Beautifully made and engineered. The whole experience from beginning to end I cannot fault. Thank you.
