I would give this company zero starts…
I would give this company zero starts if that was an option. I bought a $400 dress from this company and immediately returned it the second I tried it on and the sizing was completely off. I received store credit which I did not need considering their biggest size did not fit. I reached out to customer service several times since December 2022 with no response and it is now March 2023. They have their website blocked from reviews so they can publish only positive ones! This company is an absolute joke! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

Be prepared to forfeit your hard earned…
Be prepared to forfeit your hard earned money if your item is not as expected. I was unhappy with the fit and quality of my dress so I returned it. The company does not return your money and instead gives you a store credit forcing you to search through cheaply made clothing in order to feel like you’re not throwing away money.
Update: the company replies to my review 5 years later. Once again, terrible customer service

My favourite online shopping site
I have ordered over 20 times from Emprada in the past 12 months and their customer service has been perfect every single time.
Items fit true to size, look amazing and are very good quality, returns are easy, questions are immediately answered.
Items maybe a little more expensive but for my peace of mind knowing that the quality is always amazing and if I have issues, they will respond immediately to get the issue taken care of. Also it is worth it to me knowing I will Not be scammed like the majority of online websites.
I recommend this website to anyone.

Customer service and shipping process…
Customer service and shipping process has got to be the worst I have ever experience. Also keep in mind you will not be able to cancel your order although the order has not shipped. It will literally take them 14 business days to process your order. If you decide to order from them make sure you place your order a month in advance. If you need to return an item you have to pay for return label. Definitely do not recommend you purchase from them

Clothes does not fit true to size. I am 5’8 150 and the medium is very tight. Also, quality is “ok”. Clothes are over priced in my opinion. I don’t see my self shopping here in the near future.

I don't know what every other review is talking about but this company is terrible! Their clothes are cheap knockoffs and they way overcharge for what you get!

Outstanding and Reliable!
This is by far my favourite online clothing store!!! I came across this company last year and regularly buy their super affordable clothes. The quality and sizing is impressive and is a great fit for me. I am also in love with their designer dresses that are way cheaper than other online retailers. They have excellent customer service and are extremely prompt and willing to answer any questions. Shipment time was just as promised by them. I cannot emphasize enough as to how much I love the store and will be ordering more and more to come!!!!

Found this site by chance while I was looking for Brand name coats, it was lower in price than the actual brand store online, I contacted customer service to get express shipping while I submitted my order and they helped immediately and were extremely nice. Received my order and was packed and wrapped like a gift. This site is the best.
