I ordered a couple very fairly priced sale items for my wife and she likes them. I wrote customer service about a billing issue and they were quick to reply and very helpful. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the website mentions a shipping hub in the US but our order came from the UK, meaning a longer wait time for arrival.

Emailed with a problem and it was fixed asap.

In only one business day, my address was corrected, and now I am absolutely thrilled to know that I will receive my package knowing that it’s going to the correct address. Jezza was also super friendly and accommodating. This was my first time ordering from Empress Mimi, and I am really impressed so far with customer service.
