Comminication between providers isn’t amazing
Had to chase them and practically get the information ourselves because they wouldn’t just pick up the phone and call our previous mortgage provider, but they are both as bad as each other. However, they moved really quickly once we got the information on they’re behalf. They are actually very easy to reach as well which helped. The system they use is easy enough to navigate.

Enact were appointed by L&C mortgages and we couldn't have been more happy with their service. It was simple and straightforward, everyone we had contact with were helpful, friendly and professional. Their online portal was great - seemed to be well designed and worked well, making it really easy to keep track of the process, download and review documents, and to drop a message to the team.

First time we used an online service for conveyancing, they were absolutely fantastic. Very easy to use their online platform, showing progression and tasts done and to be done. Good conveyancing firm with no issues whatsoever. Professional, polite and answered all my enquirers in a timely manner. The online portal was easy to access and navigate and straight forward when needing questions answered. The couple of times I needed to speak to the conveyancer they were very helpful.

I recently underwent a remortgage with Enact and it was one of the smoothest and most straightforward transactions I’ve ever dealt with. I had almost daily updates from my conveyancer Georgia, who was helpful and efficient. I had a nightmare with my previous conveyancers for my first mortgage so was extremely anxious, but I’m so glad I chose Enact. They were fantastic and had my whole remortgage done in less than a month.

Online platform that ties all the communication in one place, I found this useful for uploading docs and checking progress. The online messaging tool is really useful and good response times. I did need to phone a couple of times and I never struggled to get through or get an answer. Overall great experience.
