Effective Enact Post-Completion Support
Enact conducted the remortgage of our BTL property on behalf of the lender. The process went smoothly and successfully completed on time.
An unexpected charge appeared on the Completion Statement without the required advanced notification. When I queried this, Enact promptly rectified the situation with full reimbursement of the charge.
This was a satisfactory outcome with credit being due to the Enact customer resolutions procedure and its team's staff members.
