Second year and I remain impressed with Energylinx
This is the second year I have used Energylinx. Year 1 I saved just over 25% on my combined gas and electricity costs. Towards the end of the one year fixed term deal with the supplier I chose, I encountered problems with the billing information displayed on my portal. Still not fixed. Then they wanted to increase my annual costs by about £200 to renew. Additionally, I was very unimpressed with the representatives 'attempting' to explain the renewal quotation to me. So I approached Energylinx again. The chap I spoke to was very clear on my options and I selected a new fixed price deal for another year. Very thoroughly and efficiently dealt with and everything concluded within about 15 minutes and I'm paying the same amount next year. An effective saving of £200. I highly recommend Energylinx.

I never made the switch
I never made the switch. When i called to investigate the fraud the staff did not sound like they really cared. Very disappointed.

Annoying people who don’t listen!
No idea who these people are but they are continually emailing me about changing my supplier. I have NOT asked for this. I keep emailing them but they still keep getting back asking for details. They are bloody annoying!!!!!!!

I'm sorry you are getting emails from us.
You have provided a customer number and from that I can see you arranged a switch to a new energy supplier yesterday. To complete the switch you have started, we require you to confirm your meter details.
The emails you should have received from us will be one after you arranged the switch and one saying that we require your MPAS data. These are the only emails you should have received from us.
If you have not started an energy switch to a new supplier, please contact our customer services team on 0800 849 7077 or by emailing customerservices@energylinx.com.
