Great service, used for first time and will certainly use again. Staff were punctual and very polite.

My experience with Envisage Promotions as a performer was mixed, leaning negative. There may be people who find the setup useful for occasional promotional or event work, but it did not feel like the right fit for someone taking their performance career seriously.

The main issue for me was communication and transparency. I felt misled about how I was being represented, and I did not feel there was enough clarity around what was actually being submitted on my behalf. The process also seemed overly reliant on an app, when direct emails or phone calls would have felt more professional and reassuring.

Another concern was the lack of proof of submissions. As a performer, it is important to know where your details are going, what you are being put forward for, and how you are being presented. Without that, it is hard to feel confident in the process.

I would not completely dismiss them for casual work, but I would be cautious. I would not recommend Envisage Promotions to serious performers looking for clear, professional representation.

Envisage came to my rescue at last minute, by providing me with Security staff members with less than 2 days to go until my event. They were helpful and flexible in their approach and very responsive. The staff members that were provided were both absolutely brilliant, really proactive, always checking in that we were happy with how they were handling things, both very knowledgeable and experienced and their approach in general was really helpful in de-escalating any potential issues. An all round great experience.

We had an excellent experience working with Envisage for our simulation and OSCE assessments. Lee, the wider team, and the actors provided a professional, reliable, and responsive service throughout.

The actors remained professional, consistent, and open to feedback, which helped support fairness and objectivity during the exam process. The team were also quick to respond to emails and were very helpful in arranging cover, even at short notice.

Overall, Envisage played an important role in helping our assessments run smoothly. We are very grateful for their support and look forward to working with them again soon.

The queue staff were brilliant.
They engaged with the visitors while they were waiting to enter the event and directed guests to the ticket staff to be checked in.

This is the second using Envisage for our annual Christmas Fun day. We had a Santa and Elf and both were very friendly, which is great as there was nearly 200 children, were very helpful on the day to ensure the Grotto ran smoothly.

We had Santa at our Family Festive Fun Day and he was absolutely brilliant. He was fantastic with all the children — taking time to interact with everyone, chatting, listening, and making each child feel special. The kids were completely in awe of him and the whole experience felt truly magical. We couldn’t have asked for a better Santa. Highly recommend!

We hired a Santa Claus for our pubs Breakfast with Santa event and he was absolutely amazing! We would not hesitate to recommend this company. The booking process and communication was also excellent.

Great company to deal with. We hired a Santa. Our performer, Allin, was absolutely amazing! Everyone was so impressed. He was very professional and just overall a pleasure to have at our event. He stayed in character the whole time and was just a huge hit.
