I contacted EP Cleaners after phoning a few cleaning companies. EP Cleaners gave me a quote over the phone and followed up with an email. The process we quick and easy and I received an invoice and receipt. The cleaners arrived on time with all equipment etc. I required the clean at the end of my tenancy; the cleaners did a fantastic job. The Landlord and the inventory company were very impressed with the clean and I got my deposit back. Great Service and would defiantly use again.

Brilliant.. Lewis and his team had the unenviable task of cleaning our Main Building which sleeps 30. So, 30 mattresses = 60 sides 15 bunk beds in 4 bunk rooms. A kitchen which now looks fantastic. Then there was the hall.. the floor has not been that clean since it was new!

The only problem is that they have to do it all over again at the end of the year!!

Called a few companies and came across EP Cleaners on google. I received a call back within the hour, with pricing and specification for the clean. I required an End of Tenancy clean on the property I lived in for 2 years. The landlord is quiet particular and needed a good clean. EP Cleaners did a great job including cleaning the oven, windows, blinds and carpets. I was very happy with the end result and the service they provided. I received my full deposit back and the landlord was very complementary of the clean

Outstanding Clean
I have used EP Cleaners for the last 4 years, on both my rented properties and my own property in London. I like the fact they have a small team of cleaners and even after 1 year the same cleaner come back. The cleaners are very experienced and have all the chemicals and equipment. I like the fact they can deep clean oven, hob and steam clean the carpets. The entire company is very professional and I have recommended to a number of my clients.

I Could not believe how well my flat was transformed by EP Cleaners.Especially the Kitchen and Bathroom areas.Not the cheapest but well worth the money.

The results were amazing! Alina and her colleague were absolutely Briliiant. Very professional and highly skilled, as well as friendly and empathetic to the stresses of moving house.
My flat was transformed, a very tired bathroom and kitchen and appliances were sparkling like brand new, and the carpet which I had thought would need replacing had been cleaned beautifully.
I cannot recommend enough how Fantastic this service was and will definitely be booking again once back in London.

I appointed EP Cleaners to clean my flat which was damaged with smoke. Despite agreeing beforehand to use "Pro-chem" - a certified product - to remove the smoke smell, they applied mildew remover, claiming it to be more effective. When I challenged this, they told me that this was a misunderstanding between the cleaner and me and that they had in fact used "Pro-chem" but applied mildew product on top. Days later, the smoke smell was as strong as it had been before. Management declined to offer any solution, claiming that the result was never guaranteed. No partial refund, no willingness to return (as there would be no point in their returning). No gesture. Nothing. In terms of basic cleaning, the firm is good but there are others available who are as good but cheaper.

Guys are friendly and work hard. Cleaning was very thorough. They cleaned all the nooks and crannies.

EP Cleaners conducted a very thorough end of tenancy clean and we were very pleased with the result.

It was extremely easy to book and the staff at the other end of the phone/email were polite, friendly and very efficient. Everything happened as they said it was and I was able to specify what I wanted cleaning.
The cleaning all happened in my absence, without me having to do anything. I particularly liked the fact that I didn't have provide any equipment or materials. The actual cleaning was excellent and I couldn't fault it at all. In fact it saved me from having to buy a new carpet.
I would absolutely recommend this company.

I spent some time researching End of Tenancy Cleaning companies on the Internet and phone to try and find a legitimate and reputable cleaning company. I checked the reviews on Trustpilot which where all positive. I called and got a quote that day, received email confirmation on price and date of clean etc. The cleaners turned up and time, they were friendly and helpful. The team of cleaners stayed 6 hours and the results were in creditable. I was extremely happy with the overall service from start to finish.

Very good service. Cleaners arranged very quickly after I first made contact. Everyone I dealt with friendly and efficient. The cleaners arrived early and did a really good job and I felt comfortable leaving them alone in the house. They kept in touch with any questions and to keep me updated on progress. Would definitely recommend.

Expensive but worthwhile service to get the job done well, with minimal fuss to organise.

My flat was a horrible mess with 25 years' worth of accumulated grime. EP came in and efficiently transformed the place into somewhere I like living in. Couldn't be happier. They were friendly and got on with the job from the minute they entered the flat. Excellent.

The Portuguese team from EP Cleaners have done a fantastic job! We had a big Victorian house, very dirt and they transformed every single room in clean, shining place. The kitchen in particular, has come back to life literally (oven and kitchen sink like new). Luis and his team are great, polite, nice and careful to any details. I will definitely call them again!!

Re: deep clean. Very thorough with superb results, oven and microwave are cleaner than ever and look like brand new appliances, upstairs long pile rugs which are so hard to Hoover all look pristine condition.. Attention to detail is second to none

I was slightly dreading the cleaning team's arrival. I thought the house would be taken over by noisy clatterings. In the event, Elena and her team, were inobtrusive and just got on with a whole house clean.They resisted all my attempts to give them cups of tea.
The house had been so dusty after the builders had finished a substantial job. We all feel we can breathe air again, instead of dust and I have never seen my bathroom sparkle as it does now. Thank you.
