EQVVS Avis 467

Sent me a duplicate item. Unable to get through to customer services by phone. They have not responded to my emails for 72 hours. Brought 8 items. One of them had a stain so had clearly been sent back by a customer and passed off again. Plenty of other sites available. Avoid this one

A truly great product and staff, I like EQVVS that much I travel an hour each way to shop there, I have bought 15+ items from there, and I have never had any issues, I definitely recommend shopping there

Placed an order & paid for home delivery only to receive a email to say my item would be delivered to a shop contacted support who said that I had updated my delivery to a shop delivery (which I had not ) & reading further through the email it said the shop was down the road to my address 0.9 miles away, my reply to email was that it didn’t matter if the shop was local it was not the delivery I had asked for or paid for very disappointed that I have received no further correspondence certainly not very good customer service in my opinion would be reluctant to order from Eqvvs in the future.

Purchased an Aquascutum Trench coat in the sale £215 down from £400 plus. Same coat was at least 300 on sale everywhere else I looked. They Answered a question I had immediately via the chat box thing. Speedy delivery, I will definitely keep my eye on EQVVS for future purchases. Thank you. Recommended

Ralph Lauren jacket arrived really quickly and good tracking.
Also was a good price and eqvvs only one who had the navy colour. Even Ralph Lauren didn't have it in stock.

** I'm sure plenty people like me thought the name is equus. Checked that name on trust pilot and the 20 % 1 stars reviews put me off ordering from here for a good while.

Raplh lauren Jumper, shrunk while washed correctly. Was told by customer service must have washed incorrectly. noting they can do.

Poor service all round, avoid ordering with them.

Purchased a jacket from EQVVS unfortunately didn’t fit me , Tavis dealt with the return very quickly and kept me informed all the way through , will be using this company for future purchases

I could have got the 2 t shirts around the same price as another seller and the delivery charge was a bit less, but having used EQVVS last year, I was really impressed by the speed of the delivery and communication from EQVVS that I used them again and for the same great service.

My order has not been delivered to me as DPD returned it back to the sender for no reason, I called DPD and they told me I have to take it up with the store (EQVVS). I have messaged them and emailed them almost 3 weeks ago with absolutely no reply since, and have called them about 10 times also. Their phone line is an automated message saying just. To email them. Total scam company. Have to go through my bank to get my money back now

Ordered a Carhartt Tshirt (which is great by the way) which got delayed thanks DHL. The EQVVS team were so responsive and helpful to my enquiries to see if they could help track it down as the DHL link had stopped working, and they even refunded my postage because of the delay in arrival. That's how you do customer service, even when it wasn't their fault, and I'll be shopping with them again as a result! Thanks guys

Ordered my Stone Island jacket on the Friday & arrived 9.00am Saturday by Royal Mail..Excellent service...the jacket is fantastic & another painless purchase from EQVVS...They have some excellent pieces & will buy from them again...Recommended.

I popped in a Monday afternoon for a quick browse. I very quickly got chatting to the guy behind the counter. I didn’t catch his name.

Long story short he was sound. Really helpful and made sure I was well looked after. Ended up copping a Columbia zip fleece and a new Faded T-shirt.

Will definitely be coming back 👌🏼
