We are glad to hear that you received great service from our team, and sincerely apologise that you were not happy with the courier.
From looking into this, we can see that UPS attempted delivery and as no one was available to accept, the driver took it to the closest access point to the delivery address.
If this situation occurs in the future, please let us know as we would have been more than happy to contact UPS and asked them to redeliver to prevent you from having to collect your order.
