Love the Patchouli scent and the atomizer... the refills are a good value and I can take it on the go! My purchase was nicely packaged. I do wish shipping was not quite so expensive (I live in the U.S.)

I love the smell of their products and ordered a discovery set … after a few weeks two of the perfumes smelled awful, I emailed thinking that they had soured in some way and they could replace. I was told that this is because based on a single aroma-molecule, Iso E Super and that I had developed olfactory fatigue and should stop wearing for a month ! I questioned this as I hadn’t worn daily and was then told Molecule 01 is intentionally subtle and can be difficult for some people to detect depending on individual sensitivity. Olfactory fatigue isn't just a result of daily wear; the unique molecular structure of Iso E Super means that for some, their perception of the scent can become less sensitive even with inconsistent exposure. It's a genuine shame when that happens, especially when you love the fragrance. found it patronising and they negate any responsibility … maybe you should have this on your website before people spend money as surely you are in part being dishonest ? Very disappointing, and a real shame

What’s that scent? It’s me wearing Escentric Molecule 01. I’ve worn this scent for 12 years and can’t begin to count the compliments and inquiries I’ve received in a dozen years. It’s noticeable but not strong, a remarkable scent indeed! This is my first time buying directly from the company and my experience was fantastic

disappointed
Im really disappointed. I bought this perfume before and loved it as the fragrance is so original and lasted a long time (got compliments in the supermarket 😅). But, I have the feeling that they must have changed the formula because hardly can smell it! And it's not precisely cheap...we should be able to smell it! And, the little I can smell, I would say it's not the same smell as before (when the design of the bottle was different.... Anyway, I don't think I'll get it again...

I was charged $9.95 shipping which I was told via dhl. It never arrived. To this day it is stuck, not with dhl, but in the usps without any movement on the tracking for 2 weeks now.
