No go for me
I generally purchase this product at my local spa, but decided to purchase it on line. The scent is just not there.....in fact, there is no discernible scent in the bottle.

Delivery was terrible
Delivery was terrible. Took far longer than originally promised and DPD left it at the bottom of the stairs and didn't even let us know. Very very disappointed.

Customer service was outstanding
Customer service was outstanding. I had a slight problem with the ATOM.iser I ordered. They corrected it without me having to jump through hoops or anything like that. I would definitely recommend Escentric Molecules to a friend and I plan on continuing to buy directly from their site in the future.

Great products, great service, great packaging
I’ve ordered from Escentric Molecules for a few years now and I honestly keep coming back for good reason. The website is super easy to use, and I can always find exactly what I want — plus there are loads of different sizes available, which is really handy depending on whether you want a little treat or a full bottle.
My mum is a massive fan, so these make brilliant presents for her. Everything I’ve ordered over the years has arrived beautifully packaged in a box, so it always feels like a proper gift straight away — no extra wrapping needed.
Delivery is quick and completely hassle-free every time. I’ll most likely be back again in August to pick up a birthday treat for her!
