I placed an order after seeing that ESPA offered 25% off through Blue Light Card. I followed the correct link on the website, but the discount code wouldn’t apply.
I had several live chats with customer services and was given different explanations each time. Eventually, I believe I worked out the issue myself. It appears ESPA applies a lower “loyalty” discount to products in the Blue Light Card section if your email address is linked to a previous order. This loyalty discount then overrides the advertised 25% Blue Light Card discount and cannot be removed.
It seems the only way to get the full 25% discount, unless you’re a new customer, is to use a different email address.
I feel disappointed and cheated out of a discount that was advertised to me. The customer service experience was also very poor, with conflicting information and no clear solution.

I had a problem with the sprayer on my optimally tri serum,which I have to say is fantastic, the speed with which my query was dealt with and rectified was amazing,thank you ,I will definitely be ordering more . I have had breast cancer and suffered with very dry skin, this serum is amazing.

Ordered the 2026 advent Callander…
Ordered the 2026 advent Callander however didn’t add the 3 sample gifts (my fault) i was offered as a ‘silver bonus’, contracted customer services on same day as the order, to see if these could be added post order, was told once the order was placed it couldn’t be amended or added to. What a shame, perhaps customer services could of sent these separately, this wasn’t offered, little disappointed to be honest, otherwise an excellent service, thanks
