Delivery fails
Half the order was missing and what was sent was just left on the doorstep. Rest of order resent and again just left on doorstep even after I contacted not to do that. Can’t order again from espa as too worried it will be stolen. Shame as products are great. .

Just love shopping with Espa
Just love shopping with Espa. Products are always delivered promptly and there is always a lovely range of items.
I occasionally stray, lured by smells and promises in shops, but then always come back to Espa, as I know what suits my skin, and yes it has changed over the years. But I have always been able to find a product that works for me ...and smells equally, if not more divine.

I am really disappointed and fed-up …
I am really disappointed and fed-up with yr choice of courier not delivering to my safe place and for the umpteenth time leaving it on the outside of my unlocked gates. Leaving it roadside of my gates mean it can be stolen or run over when we arrive home by car. I have had to complain about this on previous Espa orders. My safe place of leave under front porch and gates ate unlocked is logged on the Evri app and is always filled out when making an order through Espa website. Other courier companies manage to use the handle to open the gate to walk through and deliver to my safe place. Why does your choice of courier not! Despite being a longstanding and loyal customer, your choice of courier has now deterred me from ordering from the Espa website.

Obviously I haven’t tried all the products yet as I’ve purchased an advent calendar. However I have sampled some from previous advent calendars and found them to be very good. I was impressed by the delivery service as having ordered it one afternoon it arrived the following day.
